Just got my beta key here at the office. Can’t wait to get home and try it out for myself.
From what I’m hearing, your character has some weight to him, so I’m getting excited. If this plays anything like KZ2 I will probably come away a happy camper. Been really looking forward to a good fps to come along with some solid gameplay.
Wow, we're back on that again? Funny I never heard those complaints 10 YEARS AGO - because you know, the design is basically the same as the PS2 pad.
Counterpoint: The pad is perfect. It's lightweight and fits perfectly in my hands, just like it did so so long ago.
But you shouldn't make predictions worded in such absolute terms. People still play Socom. People still play GRAW. Leave the silly frat boy mentality behind.
The purpose of a beta is to iron out the kinks in an online game. I thought people understood that?
I've only ever played single player games on my 360. I played co-op on Gears ONCE. My faves on 360 are Oblivion, Zuma, Mass effect & Psychonaughts. No need for chat at all for me.
Demon's souls is up for best RPG
I don't need these guys to tell me that KZ2 is one of the highest quality games ever made on console in every way.
The show I'm looking forward to is the Upcoming Victoria's Secret show on the tube.

Some of you complainers should try it sometime. You sound like 360 fanbois who seem to value their precious cross-game chat over actually playing games. Maybe some of you forgot why you bought a gaming console in the first place.
I think that we are all a bit tired of all of these expensive plastic add-ons cluttering our living rooms. Guitar Hero, rock band, dj hero, wii this, wii that. Enough already. First of all, Hawk lost most of its followers a while back. Now they come back with an outrageously priced peripheral, that from the looks of it, doesn't make any sense at first view.
Send these guys a message, stop it with all of this plastic junk you're selling us. Enough is enough.
There are so many other games that are far more worthy of the success that this is getting. I guess that there's no accounting for taste.

Tell you what, I OWN a 360 and I don't even know what the hell that is, because I have never used it before. Just goes to show you how integral a feature it is that everyone is crowing about.
I'm sure it is cool and all, but you guys make it out as if the hierarchy is cross game chat first...then playing games.

Now they won't be hampered by having to make the game comparable on multiple platforms. Keeping my eye on this one.

And I know that I'm not missing anything. If I want to shoot something, I have KZ2 & Uncharted 2.
Too busy at the moment with Demon's Souls, & Uncharted 2. No reason to play the "same old same old".
There's something for everyone AND they are quality to boot.
I'm waiting to see what this game offers. I'm really interested at this point. Might be another buy for me.
Then again, after tasting the mighty, mighty Demon's Souls , I'm ready to give FROM software my wallet for anything at the moment.

Anyway, I cancelled my gold membership last month. I don't play online with my 360, never really did either, come to think of it. ONly game I'm waiting for is Mass Effect2 and you don't need online for that.
But it seems that alot of people share our sentiments.
Then again, so many zombies bought the game, you are bound to get a large number of dissenters. Just numbers really.
Anyhow, I'm glad I didn't buy into the hype. I still have KZ2, and I have yet to finish halo3.
I don't know what it is, but MW just rubs me the wrong way. I've played Halo's, Red Factions (when it was a fps), Dooms, Wolfenstiens, and Killzones. Cod4 just turns me off - so no way was I getting modern warfare 2. The pisser is that I purchased it a year after dropping,it was still $54. I think that maybe I only like fantasy-sci-fi FPS's because for me, Cod is just atrocious to play. It looks great, but I never enjoyed playing it for a moment.
Time to see which one I will be spending $ on, Bad company or MAG...
