Really doesn't matter which version you pick up anymore.. These hairsplitting comparissons only prove to divide the fanbases more.. The differences are so minor anymore that these comparisons are just asinine.

I see your points and I can respect your opinions but as someone who has used cross game chat on a friends 360 I can honestly say that it's no worth paying for live.. Of course this is my opinion. If others think that cross game chat is that big of a deal then more power to them. I will agree that there is a higher level of social interactivity on live but I personally feel that it is not worth the price tag..

There was nothing in this article that points out how nintend did it better.. My best/favorite dlc experience was with warhawk on the ps3. I can't remember how much they were but with the price you would usually get a massive level, vehicle(s), weapon(s), and sometimes game modes. I sunk 700+ hours into that game and i've never had so much use out of a dlc pack.. Everything this writer mentioned was all present in my experience with the warhawk dlc and this was 3 or 4 years ago.
There really isn't any ammo left in the "Ps3 is doomed" fight.. Just wish people would shed this "PSN is inferior" argument cause its not.. After having a service like PSN for free I will never pay for Live.

Alucard PSN is just as good as live in regards to online play. The way you claim psn is just passable and live is much better just shows your bias and elitist mentality.. I'm sorry but I've been a ps3 owner and psn member since december of 2006 and I know the state of PSN and how well it runs.. Very little lag ever, matchmaking works just fine no issues there, online voice quality is high, and its free.. I know you are going to disagree with me and try to reiterate that live is better...
I disagreed with you because I've used both service extensively, Psn more because I own a ps3 but my point is this.. The basic rudimentary elements needed to play games online are there for both psn and live... Everything else is fluff, I love how I sign in to psn and nothing is shoved down my throat as far as adds are concerned, I feel that the xmb is better suited to handling online interacton because I can see a majority of my xmb at a glance no need to scroll through a bunch of tiles ...

Umm I'm a real gamer and I have played every single version of resident evil sans the 3ds title and I dont have a problem with RE6.. I like the game for what it is instead of despising it for what it is not.. The camera gets annoying at times and some of the QTE's are frustrating but thats not enough to score the game soo low.. I think its a solid 84/100 but people are just screaming becuse its not the resident evil they remember from way back..
Im sorry crash but from a technical standpoint the game is spectacular.. The sound, graphics, level design is all top notch but because it doesn't fit into this rose colored ideal that people have based on the first two games and their nostalgia for those.. Re6 is a good game, what it does it does well..
Don't get me wrong I loved the classic survival horror elments of the first two resident evil games but I have evolved as a gamer and it's rare that game ips evolve with its audience.. The ones that do are the ones that survive.. Instead of resenting the fact that its not like the first two games I'm enjoying it for what it does well and thats action.. I would love to see a new aged, back to its roots resident evil but that doesn't detract from my enjoyment of this game..
