Don't play with my emotions here
For me it was Flight Simulator.
I was very young when it released and my cousin would rave about it non stop. So I saved up money for what felt like a life time to get it. When I did finally get it I hadn't a clue what was happening. It took a while to figure out how to take off and fly without crashing, When i got that down I asked my cousin "So what now?" "Learn to land" was the response. I was devastated that there wasn't any more to it than t...
I usually roll my eyes and laugh but I've seen some absolutely crazy stuff in the news this week in regards "Bans" and "Offensive material"
In terms of Battlefield I haven't played the campaign stories so I don't know what they're like but I really can't see a problem with women and other minorities being usable in an online game, be it accurate or not. Some people just want to play as somone they can relate to
I've been so excited for this one all year
Metal Gear Solid is probably my all time favourite. All the small touches blew me away. Like CQC and using cigarettes to great smoke to reveal lasers, but the Psycho Mantis fight and how you had to switch controller ports to prevent him reading your mind gobsmacked me. That games boss fights are probably still my favourite of all time. It was also the first time I can recall discovering just how important sound design is to a game.
The hate for Fortnite is absolutely Bizzare. I get that many don't like it, but a lot do. Is it so hard to leave those people to their fun? We don't need constant bickering about it's success and childish insults. I won't bother with this article because the title and paragraph extract are incredibly immature. Like a lot of those who constantly slag the game
Aladdin on the Sega was my first game. I loved it. So did my parents who dont play games but I remember my mother one day getting so glued to the game she burned our dinner and we had to get a take away. Ha we spent the rest of the night on Aladdin afterwards and she refused to get into a game again until Buzz Music Quiz released on the PS2 and we nearly had a repeat event
Nobody is going to deny that side of it. Of course not. These collectors editions are mass produced now so they're not going to be worth anything in years to come. Those days are gone. The materials used in these collections are always the cheapest that can be found and aren't even remotely close to being valuable.
Go get an F4F production if you want a collectors item or something
I kind of go month on month off with it. I don't always use my Xbox so I get game pass when something good comes to it. This month is a great selection though. I was going to but Mutant but I'll try it this way now
Its a grim way of looking at it but I agree too. People are all too willing to throw money at cheap tat as long as it has Collectors or Special plastered on it.
Let them spend their money on whatever they want I guess, it doesn't effect me but I just don't understand it
Smash was clearly built with this in mind. We aren't talking another countries laws preventing a section of a game being played like in South Park or an update to an existing game to cover up the original art designers work.
Non issue is a non issue
Mercenaries was a great game at the time, I absolutely adored it when it came out.
I hated Mercs 2 so much and was incredibly dissapinted in it
I got a string of abuse for predicting that with game passes announcement. I'm sure plenty of people saw that coming though
I got it myself earlier this week and love it!
How could someone not see the "added value" ?!
Physical games tend to be much cheaper and have a resale value.
Even if the nonsense you spout about holding back innovation was remotely true you would fail to see that people will always look out for number 1! Nobody sensible is going to spend an extra 20 quid on a game through digital format because it's "good for the industry"
Fact!!!
Sorry alb but was I supposed to be able to understand that gibberish or what?
Because the announcement of Sony skipping E3 next year has actually fueled the fires when it comes to the PS5 rumours. Sony missing E3 has driven the hype for their next conference through the roof. So skipping E3 is absolutely forgivable if their following presence makes up for it
Can we take a second to appreciate the irony of you telling us what the fans want and in the same breath telling the fans who reply to that they're wrong! Who exactly are you supposed to be speaking on behalf of here?
There's no way we wont be getting a Resi3 remake or a new 3rd person Resi in this engine. After all the time making those assets they will definitely reuse them
