Definition of over-reaching and a new level of ridiculous and inane extrapolation.
Congratulations, you've lowered the intelligence of Polygon as a whole and any poor individual who had the misfortune of reading that rubbish.
Please do expound on the significance of the pebble in the asphalt next...
100% agree after a few upgrades and some strategic playing the game is easy.
The game gets pretty easy actually. Just play it smart and level up...it's almost too easy for me now.
I have the game on PS4, it's definitely not close to approaching 60 FPS. I'd guess in the low to high 30s range.
Gameplay mechanics are actually becoming really refined.
I for one would love a deeper more expanded Infamous. Second Son was a lot of fun.
This is probably the best looking racing game I've seen. That's crazy. You can really feel the power and weight of the car.
How many does it need to sell to break even?
I will never forget RROD that's forsure. I was so excited with my 360 then a few months in the thing turned into an 3 year nightmare.
Eventually I just bought a slim but have always kinda resented 360 since.
Thank god, hopefully it results in less narratives geared towards the pre-teen/early teen market.
Seriously who cares, even xone owners aren't buying it.
I have the PS4 version and it feels like they capped it at 30 FPS. Not sure, but I had to dl an update before playing the game and it doesn't look above 30 now.
Nothing wrong with cutscene-gameplay-cutscene-gam eplay.. that how it kinds works in several great games.
Real shame about the gunplay though.
I have the same affliction. Destiny turned all the fun and excitement of a slot machine (or lack thereof) into a co-op FPS.
I still give it a 7.5-8/10, but I'll admit I've put more time into Destiny than I have into several better games.
They should have hired Hideo Kojima
As a PS4 owner I very jealous of MS' commitment to meaningful monthly OS updates.
And the first game was GTA San Andreas - that doesn't really scream PC game to me. Sure it was released on PC a later but I went into the article expecting primarily PC exclusives
Maybe they should have said, "Greatest Games That Should Be Released..." That would have been far less click-bait ish.
@ Septic
PS4 has a larger existing userbase so xone sales could have surpased PS4s weekly sales while more copies of the game were sold on PS4.
However, "an anonymous retailer", does not reflect total UK sales. So who knows if it's even true.
I'd be happier if more games were 60FPS at the cost of resolution, be it 900p or 720p.
Yuck, to me they seem a bit childish.
Average gamer's age is in the 30s, I doubt they care about seeing a Mii in their OS. Much prefer a picture of your choosing viewable by friends.
