Most PC ports are pretty good these days.
Excellent, maybe some bad press will cause EA to provide a nice discount around black Friday.
I got Ryse on PC and it was a lot of fun. Sometimes you need a game that is basic and visceral with an interesting albeit, simple, story. It's like playing a b-action movie. I'd definitely recommend it for people looking for a game where they don't have to think about anything or worry about "learning the game" and just take in the pretty graphics and satisfaction of being a brutal and capable warrior.
Could use something to do in between action or a...
And Gears 4 came out recently.
And people have more selection of shooter this year with Overwatch
Yes. It's akin to Activision releasing Overwatch and COD within a few weeks of each other, the games would compete against each other.
It wouldn't be so bad if both games weren't fighting for the same online competitive FPS market. The game that isn't as popular risks far less launch window sales and long term sales from the people hesitant to buy a online MP FPS 6 months later due to fear of low fanbase due to the initial lesser popularity.
Well considering that most WW1 games, TV shows, and movies, totally disregarded the contribution of other races, it's good that someone is finally showing that it wasn't just white men that fought and died.
Well they have two consoles and a VR headset to market.
It's one of the main reasons
I buy a game.
Great story idea but I wish they toned down the creative freedom and kept zombies out of the game. The story of the first western samurai could have made for something magical, or just to story of any popular samurai.
Price will determine whether this is a hit or another niche Nintendo console.
Cheese does not exist, only character imbalance.
I remain positive on it. Price is the most important factor at this point.
If there was ever a time for Nintendo to take a loss on hardware, now is the time; $250 would see mass success. I'm not even that interested in buying a Nintendo gaming device but I'd totally impulse buy one.
Launch success is major here, no one wants to buy a console that's not projected for real success. Otherwise, it's just another niche Nintendo device.
Doom and Wolfenstein are the SP kings so far this gen. Wolfenstein in particular.
But I'm very happy an online MP focused FPS game actually put an effort into the SP again. It's been a while. This and at some later date, Titanfall 2 (if the SP is also good), will have my money just because I know, even if the online is dead, the game will have value to me. I don't mind short and sweet in some games.
I'll be waiting a bit longer, I'm getting it on PC or nothing at all.
That's longer than a life sentence for murder in Canada.
But I support granting cheaters no mercy.
There is little bit of a Sega vibe going on with all the hardware but Sony isn't Sega
Given the number of people that purchased GTA5 on console first then double dipped on PC; sadly, Rockstar has little incentive for a concurrent PC release.
I used to be a part of that 77% until I switched to primarily PC gaming.
Now I'm kinda happy that I can't sell my games. I'm surprised at how often I replay them and it's always fun replaying a game when you upgrade your hardware. It's like a free remaster.
However, it does suck that nothing can be done about games I didn't end up liking. I would love to be able to sell Fallout 4.
