They pretty much made a Wii U portable.
So no free games at all, just very time limited game rentals of NES and SNES games. That's pretty horrendous and doesn't come close to matching MS/Sony in the "free games" department. Ubisoft and EA give more free content and you don't even need to purchase their service.

To even come close to matching Live/PSN, Nintendo would have to include free monthly games. But I find it difficult to imagine a company that has pretty much ignored premium console online services for over 10 years will be able to compete with sony and MS.

My Golds are the best sounding wireless headset I've heard for under $100. In fact they're better than many wired headsets that cost more. I've even compared them to wired headsets twice the price and while not as good, they still compete. Can't wait to pick up the Platinums.
That online service needs to at least match Sony and MS, who both now have over a decade providing a gaming focused online service. That means free monthly games which Nintendo is probably too cheap to do.

Well Nintendo shouldn't have fought so hard against using better storage technology like CDs. Companies were taking great risks making cartridge games, literally leaving millions in manufacturing costs on shelves. Square was right to not support Nintendo. It was Nintendo's stubbornness and bully tactics on 3rd parties that gave rise to the success of Playstation.

MS is like cancer to game developers. Rare's dead. Lionhead decapitated, Bungie divorced MS, Bioware rather go to EA, now even Platinum Games couldn't finish a game when working for MS. They could churn out good to great games no problem before with any franchise and company. Even Transformers was a pretty good game. What does MS do to these people?

I have a PS4 but I hate 3rd party exclusivity deals. I have since the 360 days. All it is is one company paying for something it already would have had for free, only to delay or prevent millions of other gamers from having it. It doesn't benefit a single gamer. In fact it's a lose-lose for gamers as a whole; one group can't play something and the other group's company has spent budget resources on something they would have had anyways.

Sony has been focusing on battling MS with exclusives since Kinect on 360 and it worked for them. Funny, 360's success was likely due to MS focusing on exclusives to battle Playstation at the start of last gen, which worked well for MS - it had the killer exclusive line up of Mass Effect, Gears, Halo, and Forza, plus better multiplats. Gears and ME were new IPs at the time making them even more fresh and exciting.
I enjoyed the gameplay much more than Uncharted 4. Climbing, hunting enemies, everything. I'll say my unpopular opinion now, Tomb Raider is better than Uncharted.
It should be the end of console gens. Getting a new console should be the same as upgrading your computer hardware. Everything you had before works, just a lot better.
