Gaming is an experience.
Every company says a small number of dead pixels are normal. It's been like that for years. Best thing to do is take it back to the store but if you get dead pixels after the store warranty, you're screwed.
But Nintendo did make A LOT of bad design choices with the Switch.
I will never forget how horrible my experience was with 360. 5 broken consoles, 3 RROD, 1 bad DVD drive, and one refurb came back and was dead on arrival. The ladies at Purolator even complained that every week they get so many people returning these things.
MS gave me nothing for all the hassle, I had to spend money and time travelling to and from and go through the inconvenience of having no games to play and deal with their shite support. Should have had a lemon policy ...
I'm not falling for this...
Google knows me better than I do.
It's having a pretty great launch from what I've heard. It's more of a companion console. I know alot of people with PS4s that bought one; not to replace PS4, just as a second console while they still play FIFA, BF1, and Overwatch on PS4.
Nintendo's online may fail, however, because of so few games. I can only think of MK and SB that would be popular but not sure if any one on PS4 is going to pay another $30 per year to play online when they're happy wi...
The performance in Game Mode is worse according to those graphs.
Yeah MS is looking for some always online grand slam cash cow but is striking out everywhere.
You don't win ball games swinging for the fences every at bat. Sometimes you just need to build hits.
I don't think anyone is worried about the second hand game market except Gamestop and similar stores.
I'm still surprised by Fable's cancellation. That used to be a major RPG. Even my wife loved Fable 2 and 3 and she doesn't play games at all.
ROFL but if someone does this each month, Switch would probably end up being the one embarrassed.
If that happens, they should expect a class-action by all the purchasers who unwittingly bought a really expensive paperweight.
Another shitpost wriggling in the mud to make a negative story out of absolutely nothing by inventing a false context.

Please ban this site. This is bad even by N4G standards.
The only time anyone should buy a console is during the holidays. They're roughly 20% cheaper and come with one or two games.
It would be a travesty if it didn't.
Honestly, a 7/10 game in a drought is like 8.5 to me. Something descent is better than nothing. Good thing is that the holidays are often tso overly stacked with releases that I can get many of them for heavily discounted prices when I actually need a new game. I stay away from MP focused games thought, as by that time, the community is both smaller and highly experienced.
This article has some of most ridiculous arguments I've read in a long time. Wow.
I could see it maybe working for PC where old games won't look terrible (120FPS/1440p or 4k/60fps can make even 10 year old games look nice, plus there's mods) and it simply allows you to download the game as well as stream. Kinda like if Steam made an EA access service. Some AAA games drop in price very quickly (Mafia and Deus MD were $20 by Christmas), Valve could easily work out a deal to have some new AAA that are pretty good but sold poorl on the service
