Why? Black Flag was one of the better games released last year.
I wouldn't want too many digital game on xone, you can't upgrade the HD and at 30plus gigs a game, that hard drive will fill up fast.
I rather just have the disc instead of having to use up bandwidth and time redownloading games all the time.
DOTA
"Titanfall doesn’t offer enough game to replace your COD or Battlefield of choice, and you can immediately tell it was made by the same bunch of dudes that created Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Titanfall is comfort food for FPS gamers. Titanfall is ultimately an evolution rather than the promised revolution and at that price… well, wait for a price drop and you’ll get a fun game and not feel had."
PS4 already has a more diverse library if quality games and better exclusives IMO.
The only good games xone has are FPS, but you can just get BF4 on PS4 (the superior version) which arguably is better than Titanfall or at least has a lot more legs than it IMO.
PS4 already has a great survival horror game, a great open world superhero (or villain) game, a decent platformer which are all exclusive. Then all the multiplats look better too.
"The main problem with TITANFALL is that when it really comes down to it, this is just another FPS that doesn’t do too much to change the landscape of a game we’ve played hundreds of times already whether it was called HALO, QUAKE, BATTLEFIELD or CALL OF DUTY."
My feelings exactly. When it comes down to it, if Titanfall and BF4 were both brand new franchises, Titanfall would look very very plain in comparison given the number of players, lack of game modes and medi...
"Wronski also explained that both PS4 and Xbox One have advanced GPU architectures, providing several custom extensions and capabilities that aren’t available on PC, but they’re based on the AMD GCN architecture, which makes optimization more complex that in old generation consoles."
Can't wait to see what devs can do in the next few years. Hard to imagine games like Infamous looking bad (or unimpressive) in 3 years.
Titanfall is one of 2 of xone biggest exclusives, the other being Halo. Quantum Break looks very cool though but i havent seen much gameplay. Infamous is part of Sonys farm league and is giving titanfall a real run for its money which is interesting. Although, the infamous SS is highly addictive.
Just wait for Uncharted, LoU, GOW, AND GT.
Sony was smart to create a lot of new IPs last gen, they built a great foundation of game recognition.
I get it if it's good. It not all about the graphics, although I wish they would lower the res or something to make the lighting and physics more like the E3 2012 demo.
If all games aren't compatible it wont work.
Nintendo games alone don't cut it anymore, people want 3rd party support but the hardware doesn't allow for most of it.
I hope MS announces more exclusives. Out of all the ones announced so far, only Quantum Break, Titanfall, and Halo 5 interest me.
The game missions could be more elaborate and there is room for improvement in a sequel, but the gameplay is still so much fun it doesn't really bother me. The powers are amazing.
I'd give it high 80s
People bashed xone TV features because they were antiquated. The future of TV isn't plugging one box into another, it's a comprehensive streaming service. That's what people were expecting, MS to out-Netflix Netflix.
I've been saying I much prefer 720p@60FPS over 1080p@30FPS on N4G for while only to get more disagrees than agrees.
I much prefer smoother to sharper. In fact, 60FPS games may look sharper in motion.
Sony makes the best LED TVs but NOBODY knows about it. They all think Samsung does.
Hope he didn't feel sick after.
I played the game for 8 hours yesterday, I normally get bored with games after a few hours and a need a break for the rest of the day (especially online competitive mp) but this game keeps me playing non-stop.
It's weird, there's nothing particularly interesting about the missions but it is really fun being incredibly powerful and constantly growing more powerful. I love SP so it's perfect for me.
The internet comment sections are a vile and bottomless pit of aggressive intolerance and negativity. Few go on the internet to praise, most just complain. This comment is another example.
"They’re very supportive partners, not controlling at all..."
The difference between Sony and MS treatment of devs and general policy.
