The Old Bioware is now nothing but (EA+Casey Hudson+Laidlaw)'s Ware.......Not the one that Muzyka and Zeschuk built.....

Square Enix got two simple options.....
Either go with new IPs or remake(NOT remaster/retexture) massive SNES/Genesis era games like Final Fantasy 6.......
RPGs are growing leaps and bounds.....Skyrim, Dark Souls and Witcher are going beyond boundaries while Square Enix is selling Interactive Cinemas as RPGs......
I just want GTA V to be like San Andreas with a story and melee combat like Sleeping Dogs.....
Dreamfall ended on a cliffhanger.....
I could not forgive Funcom for not keeping their promise to finish the trilogy....
But atlast the trilogy is going to be completed.....
Nothing less than a masterpiece should end the story of April which is spanned over 3 gaming generations....
Actually, games like The Longest Journey and Dreamfall which feels like same as Inception came long before the movie....
I still want FunCom to finish the Longest Journey trilogy....
Those who played them will never think Inception as a new idea..
This shows how people believe in Obsidian.....one of the most innovative and risk taking dev....
Over the last two weeks, i got Borderlands 2, Dishonoured, Fifa 13, Torchlight 2 and XCOM.....spending most of the time with XCOM.....the game is a blast....and that's from a guy who isn't in strategy gaming.....In my list of RTS this gen, i would keep it above starcraft, civ and warhammer 20k....
I hope this reaches the level of Mask of the Betrayer.....Obsidian's greatest feat IMO.....
I will never forgive Funcom for not finishing the Longest Journey Trilogy....

Those who haven't played Mask of the Betrayer because of the buggy mess that
was NWN2,I urge you to try this.....Certainly the best expansion ever and would have been one of the best games ever if it saw a separate release....
To me its truly the pinnacle of D&D games....
Dragon Age 2 was first sign that Bioware is eaten by the devil,EA....DLC milking,incomplete story,not to mention the super repetitive environments.....Plus, the great rpg year of 2011 didn't help either where every other major rpg franchises improved massively.....Bioware needs something special to turn the table around.....DA2 lost them huge number of loyal fans, ME3 was marred by end scene controversy and SWTOR is currently facing an uphill battle with Guild Wars 2 to be the successor t...
Very few gamers know that Obsidian is like a mercenary dev hired by different publishers to bring out games with a tight budget and tight schedule....they are not like Bioware or Blizzard who can spend as much time as they need on any tittle.....whats amazing about obsidian is that while they build successor to an already popular game, they try to add something innovative to make their mark
while most devs never tinker with proven formulas.....
Their last game Dungeon Siege...
It already is filled with contents.....I think Rocksteady may use some of DCs other heroes cooperating Batman in their next venture.....Come on! Bring on the whole justice league......
This was the worst e3 i have ever seen.....rarely any surprise....
Definitely,this year's winner is Ubisoft....But it's a win in such a day when all other players are going through a bad patch....
To be honest....I think nintendo got the best strategy so far.....they already dominate the casual gamer base,with Wii U they will certainly take a decent cut of the pie of the hardcore base from Sony and MS....Moreover,third party exclusives are going to be handy as Japan got two consoles aiming for the same crowd and Nintendo always had least number of third party exclusives...so their chance of losing is small.....Plus Sony's recent losses may force them not to take risk with a nextgen...
I just hope the Shadowrun of old days returns.....MS has destroyed it by making it a brainless shooter.....Return to its rpg roots and you got a AAA title in your hands....
Undoubtedly, ME3 was the weakest of the trilogy.It fails to make itself feel an intergalactic game like the previous two.It lacks great nerve-wrecking missions of ME1 and ME2.Companions are still interesting but cannot leave a lasting mark like the previous two games.It feels like Bioware is keeping something from the game to sell it as dlc.
They did same to Dragon Age 2.No surprise that EA has been voted worst company of USA.No more i should buy Bioware titles on Day1.I'm comple...
