They didn't say Sony was the epic fail. But rather the era or time when they first showed up. Meaning, people didn't believe the Sony console would be successful compared to the likes of Sega or Nintendo at the time.
And obviously the PS1 and the PS2 ended up dominating the gaming world.
Of course today everything is different.
Considering Sony kept pretty tight lipped about everything at the last convention (i forgot what it was called). The one where only microsoft had a keynote.
I think they're going to show us some good stuff. However, just like anything, don't set yourselves up for disappointment. What if Sony just literally shows everything everyone already knew about?
I personally think Microsoft could be the one to truely pull a surprise out of their ass. KI3? Dead Rising 2 Exclusi...
"I'm sure they will have a "Bringing it to your House" or some copy-cat idea"
Funny, because in E3 2007 Sony had plenty of E3 content for people to download.
So who's copying who?
I know what you mean Saiyan Fury. I think in the whole GT Franchise, the engine sounds are the weakest link. While they might be accurate, but it's only as accurate as a microphone sitting in the engine bay.
Especially V8 muscle cars. They sound brutal and throaty in real life. But in GT, they sound too smooth and higher pitched.
However I would agree that GT5P has the most improved so far, but it's still not quite accurate to what we're actually hearing.
Of course they'd want it to sell, but people are going to mistake it for GT5. Because obviously nobody understands what "Prologue" means which is why all these comparisons of Full Racing games get compared to it.
Aaron Greenburg needs to shut it IMO
Even Shane Kim acknowledges that Sony is they're competitor, while Greenburg is living in his fantasy world that there is no competition.
I haven't even got Rock Band one yet lol. Waiting for Rock Band 2 to come out, then i'll try to find a cheap throwback set.
It's not the question of "Do PS3 owners fear this game?" It's more of a question "Why in the hell don't you 360 owners see that it's not all that great of a game?"
I mean don't get me wrong, I'm going to rent it. But come back down to reality. Just because it's a 360 exclusive doesn't automatically make it a AAA++++++++ title of the year or anything.
Here we go again. But It's sony's fault for advertising GT5P like a full game.
Yeah but I mean we know GT5's graphics are going to be killer. I'm speaking more of the physics and features side of things.
I miss the old days in GT1 where you can buy the full touring spec for any car that you had.
And they might as well give us 100% customization.
So i'll rephrase it, GT5 and Forza 3 have a lot to prove to the consumers.
$299 would be great. But even $349 would be good enough.
Good throwback titles. Dead Rising is one of the better ones.
They don't need those silly little toys. They're already getting screwed by Microsoft daily.
Personally, I think a price cut will set the 360 on fire. In a good way.
$299.99 on a 20gb Pro? Consider it sold.
Didn't even know there was a Hancock game lol.
Now I know why.
I've had a 100gb seagate 7200rpm since December of 2006 and it runs with no problems.
That's strange for them to make the game different for other regions.
Honestly, nobody has to complain about home considering it's FREE.
If we had to pay to download it, then complain.
The PS3 cant handle AI? Uncharted on the hardest difficulty seems to disagree.
And to be honest, I'd rather Dead Rising 2 be an exclusive to one console anyway. It will definitely be a much more polished title.
That'd be nice considering im a Sega console fan.
But they'd truely need to have something that sets itself apart from the Wii, 360, and PS3. In which I cant seem to comprehend what that would be right now.
