Yeah, it's not like they put "Playstation 3 Only" at the end of every trailer up to today and all of a sudden announce it for the Xbox360.

All this means, is that Microsoft is securing everything they can for the Xbox 720 to be the truely dominate console. Imagine all the features currently available on the 360, plus reliable hardware, plus all the big hit 3rd party games like Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Devil May Cry, etc. etc. plus blu-ray, plus standard HDD, plus a more powerful hardware.

Yeah. Here't the deal.
The Fanboy side of me is pissed off, feeling betrayed, yadda yadda.
But the realist side of me agrees with you. Right now this generation is still pretty young. Only 19 million 360s worldwide and 14 million PS3s. They're a long way to go from the playstation 2 days. So it's understandable given the cost of the titel of a game like FFXIII that they need to go multiplatform for the regions that would sell the most.
