All I really want is a Vita release date (2011 in the US please). A PS3 price drop would be nice too so I could pick up a second slim. There are so many games I'm picking up it's rediculous.
I need to get the uncharted collection, god of war collection, ico/SotC, uncharted 3, dead island, white knight chronicles 2, twisted metal.
Then there is the Vita and all the games I'll be picking up for that. Soooooooo much money to spend!
I'm sure there will be a few other ports as well. I'm fine with that considering we've seen the slew of announced games that aren't ports. If even half of tr announced games are at launch there will be plenty of games to choose from.
Star Fox released in Japan.
I really love the combat style for the main character. So bad ass! I hope this is coming to the states!
if the rumor about creating your own character is true this is the one to get it right.
Yep, Star Fox released there this week.
I would snap this up in a second! One of the greatest gaming series I've ever played. Could it be possible to have all of this on Vita perhaps?
online petitions don't do anything
but then you've got a badass grass snake, an electric zebra, an awesome fox thingy (zorua line), and the Axew line which are offically tied with the Gible line as my favorite dragons. There have been plenty of terrible pokemon in previous gens as well.
THis is definitely exciting stuff to here from devs. Especially Level 5! Give us some JRPGs please!
Oh lol, yeah all he did was sleep in the cartoon so in that case you are correct.
Personally I've got my favorites from each gen of pokemon. There's always a few that just turn out pretty awesome.
Snorlax useless? That guy is an absolute beast when used correctly actually. He's got a massive amount of HP, fantastic physical defense, and good enough move set to be quite effective.
make sure he's got leftovers as his held item, give him sleep talk, and rest along with two other moves and you've got a physical wall that can be very hard to take down.
I'm not hating on Nintendo at all. If I hated Nintendo I wouldn't have dropped the money for my 3DS so early. I bought the system for games that aren't even announced yet. Mostly pokemon of course, but games like Golden Sun will also be on my radar if announced.
So yeah, there's no hate for Nintendo here.
The 3DS is starting off much like the PS3 did. Expensive for consumers (just not as much value for 250), not too many good games, hard for devs to develope on (even first party devs apparently).
Hopefully devs can learn pretty quickly because competition pushed this industry forward. I'd like to see what could happen when two handhelds literally go neck and neck. With Vita and 3DS priced the same, we could see some very awesome experiences as both try to out do the other...
This isn't a shocker at all, but I hope its true and that this releases for the 3DS, and not the DS. I need a reason to put my 3DS to use.
so perhaps the author should state that Australian gamers will be paying 80 for their games and perhaps they won't see the value. Because the major markets, US, Japan, and Europe won't be paying 80 for Vita games I can assure you.
"Without any clear novelty beyond its power, casual or mainstream gamers may not see the value of owning one with $80 games..."
80 dollar games huh? A bit of an exaggeration don't you think?
This is awesome news.
I'm still waiting for Sony to grab an exclusive JRPG studio, and also for them to get an exclusive Fighter IP.
@ilikegames
Not so much that I'm loaded lol. I just plan way ahead for things that I really want. Like the Vita for example. I saved money for a bit and was able to pay that off completely a while ago. I put more towards my games way in advance (usually as soon as preorders open) so that by the time theyre released it's all paid for and just waiting for me to pick it up. Works a lot better that way for me at least.
Also the wife tends not to mind seeing 5-10 ...
