This is cool, makes me wish Sony did more with the Remote Play feature.

im just not a fan of poking the target at the edge of the screen to turn the character's head. i'd probably like it if there were an analog stick on the main motion controller as well as the nunchuck-thing that could control the character's head. or they could just use head-tracking to control that.

if they could somehow take the wii-ness out of it, i'd totally be for the added precision.

It's really too bad that KOTOR 2 was devastated by LucasArts' unfair time constraints. It's clear that Obsidian had an amazing vision, and it blows that we never got to see it in full. I really need to play that restoration content. Obsidian was clearly setting up something awesome for a KOTOR 3, too. They said they're down to make KOTOR 3 if LucasArts lets them, hopefully they go for it because I REALLY REALLY want another single-player KOTOR.

Ya know, I loved dx2. I think it's because at the time I knew there was absolutely no possible way it could hold a candle to the first, so my expectations were rather low. I enjoyed it, though I think that every single complaint I've heard about it is completely valid. Frankly, if dx3 is better than 2, I'll be extremely happy.

Well they DID say that Getaway and Eight Days aren't dead, so maybe it will be a new Getaway. What's SCEE been up to, anyway? Eyepet?

I hope it's not Motorstorm 3. Nothing against the series (though it's not my cup of tea), but I really have my heart set on a new Syphon Filter on PS3. Please, sweet jesus, let it be Syphon Filter. It seems the right caliber for this type of announcement.. Twisted Metal is too bombastic, it's best reserved for E3. But showing a trailer of Syphon Filter on GTTV will let the franchise slowly creep back into gamers' minds in time to show it off for real at E3. Then again, Motorstorm 3 seems...

**spoilers for mass effect and kotor**

I have the feeling the structure will be similar to 2, but instead of going around recruiting party members and preparing them, you'll be going around and recruiting/preparing armies to mobilize against the Reapers. They seem to set it up pretty well for conflicts to resolve in 3.. the Quarians, the true Geth, the council races and the conflicts between them, even the Rachni (if you made the choice to let them live).. there are a lot of pot...

We really need a new TimeSplitters game. Shooters take themselves way too seriously. Hopefully we'll see a TimeSplitters 4 on the CryEngine 3 now that they've been picked up by Crytek.

Lots of GoldenEye comparisons here, but wasn't Free Radical started up by a whole bunch of the Goldeneye/PD devs who left Rare?

Obviously it could never, EVER be as good as the first, but I'm totally pumped for this game. I enjoyed Invisible War, despite agreeing with all criticisms I've heard of it (I was never expecting it to approach the level of the 1st). As long as it's better than Invisible War, I'll be happy.

"Microsoft exclusive" in regards to a 360/PC only game is a BS term. MS doesn't see a cent of royalties on PC games unless they're the publisher. I don't even think the Games for Windows branding gives them any royalties except on GFW-exclusive DLC, and I may be wrong about that. There's a reason PC games cost $10 less, and the recent $60 PC games (COD6, AC2, and presumably Starcraft 2 if the Amazon page is any indication) have been price-jacking by the publisher. PC is an open ...

Yeah, I'm hoping they go for something really authentic, although not with simulation-levels of realism. It sounds like using those tier-1 guys has pushed them in that direction. And I remember reading a gamepro interview with their 3 tier-1 advisors for the game, and they said they really don't like the field of view in most shooters because they rely so much on their peripheral vision. Hopefully we'll see a fov greater than this dizzying 60 degrees crap we get in most console shooters. ...

@zeeshan

The enclave was supposed to have been done with for good at the end of Fallout 2, and since New Vegas has a lot of the same devs, I doubt they'll show up again. Brotherhood of Steel is supposed to be in the game, though, but they probably won't have a very powerful presence (like in Fallout 2).

Can you guys really understand what the article says? I can't discern much from the german.. is there any significant new info? I'm curious what that panel about w...

I dunno if THEY consider it 'competing.' They all share tech and play basketball together. I'd like to think they smoke weed together too, but that's more of a personal fantasy. Ahem.
