Lol.
Funny.
Well said.
Another reviewer trying to make a name for himself on backs of better men.
Agreed.
However, i think that it is time that Nintendo gave us a home console Pokemon RPG.
Nice read.
Completely forgot about Eternal Darkness. I wonder, what ever happened with that one?
Anyways, i don't think that i could ever turn my back on Nintendo. I sold my soul to The Legend of Zelda a long time ago ('92 i think).
7.5?
This score really does not seem to match the review itself. First of all 8, 7, and 8.5 average out to 8 (not 7.5). Finally the only complaints were about the format seeming reused towards the end, and the author getting "fatigued" from motion control gameplay (you whine like woman!).
Nice.
I was hoping that Nintendo would not abandon the motion controls for Zelda.
This is the first that i have heard about this "glitch" and i have a sneaking suspicion. I remember hearing something about one of the levels in Batman Arkham Asylum, where you needed a gas mask (or something) to progress through this room.
The thing was that if you had an illegal version of the game, then there was no gas mask to be found. All of the gamers that called in to complain were later busted for piracy.
This is a good thing, but i don't expect to see any huge changes to the series. Retro is very good at playing to a game's strengths i.e. Donkey Kong Country Returns and Metroid Prime.
All Retro needs to do is produce the Zelda games faster than Nintendo does. Every 5-6 years is too long a wait.
Good, then it is not just me. WTH!
Wow. I am glad that nobody was injured.
I am not surprised. My girlfriend spends 95% of her Wii time watching Netflix. I had to buy another Wii just so i could play my video games in peace. I am not complaining though, it is still much cheaper than cable.
Nice read.
I am definitely not ready for a first person Zelda.
Lol. I love how you say that the Wii is trash, and admit to not playing 2 of it's best games in the same sentence.
I know that you hate motion controls, but the Metroid Prime 3 and Skyward Sword are actually two of the most precise/accurate motion controlled games.
Miyamoto's ideas have been interesting for a lot longer than a week (try over two decades).
Talk about a stretch. Imo Skyward Sword has more in common with The Wind Waker.
I think that you give NoA too much credit. Xenoblade will sell, but not as well as it would have if released in October. So many people have hacked their Wii's and obtained a version of this game.
Op Rainfall may have gotten the word out, however, nothing gets the word out better than a game on the shelf.
@MysticStrummer
*PAUSE* (you can actually insert any lame DVD button reference here).
Lol. No actually I haven't, believe it or not nobody seems to brag about that.
I don't believe it. Skyward Sword, Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, price drop etc.. Also investors are fully aware that this is transition period for Nintendo (Wii to WiiU).
Does he really see Shigeru Miyamoto leaving Nintendo for an American company? No offense Microsoft, but Miyamoto is a god in Japan. Right now America seems too FPS crazed.
Well said.
Gamers have such a gang mentality this gen, and it's so pathetic. Terms like "hardcore" and "casual" are relative with no clear, universal definition.
