Agreed. There is so much accepted bias against Nintendo.
How many times do reputable devs have to dispute this nonsense? It is really sad. Nintendo appears to be doing what everyone asked: HD console, an online network, and 3rd party support. I am not big on conspiracies, but I am starting to think that the majority of these... "journalist" really want Nintendo to fail.
I didn't really care for the list, but I think that the Ganondorf-Ganon idea (down + B just like Zelda) is brilliant.

Imo Nintendo won't sell the WiiU at a loss, 3rd party devs are finally on board, and it appears that the WiiU could have an entire year before the PS4 and 720. Personally I think that Nintendo is currently in a very strong position.

3rd party devs have invested a lot of time and money into the WiiU. As crazy as this may sound, these companies might actually want to make some profit for their labor some time soon... understand?
Just because you don't like the launch titles doesn't mean that the WiiU shouldn't be launched. It has seen two E3's already! It's go time folks!

I agree that it is Nintendo that must show the way with the WiiU gamepad, it's their baby. I am just baffled how can you possibly argue that 3rd party devs won't use the new interface? They already are!
It is new and I don't expect them to go overboard, but they are using it. Why minimize?
I take it that you still haven't seen any ZombiU, Rayman Legends, or Batman Arkham City Armored Edition footage?
I say that because they are all 3rd party devs supporting the Gamepad interface on day 1.
The WiiU Gamepad will matter in the long run, because Sony and Microsoft will copy it.

I love Nintendo, but I am not buying into this rumor. It just doesn't make any sense to me. We all know that Retro is working on something... but it's just not ready yet. Why is that so difficult for people to understand? There is no conspiracy! If Nintendo could have showed a Retro Studios' game at E3, then they would have. Wth not?

It's a fair point to make.
A Link to the Past's formula has become sort of a blueprint for the series: 3 dungeons then Master Sword, dual world theme etc.. That being said, it would be extremely hard not to look at A Link to the Past for inspiration. It is truly epic, and much better than the original (imo).

This is a good thing, short and long term.
With Namco on board Smash Bros. will be completed faster, have access to more characters, and have better online multiplayer.
If all goes well, this could mean more future partnerships between Namco and Nintendo. Namco has already promised Tekken for the WiiU launch window, and now this! Within the next couple of years, it could be Tekken and Soul Calibur for the WiiU... who knows?

Define... no. People expect better graphics, but I wouldn't say that they ultimately define next gen. By that logic, all consoles are "last gen" when compared to PC.
The SEGA 32x, SEGA CD, ATARI Jaguar, and NEO GEO all had better graphics than the Super Nintendo. I don't remember any of them being classified as another gen.
I think that most of the people on here just simply get off to bashing Nintendo. PS4 and 720 have no officially release...
