It was at least a decade between 4 and 5, so keep holding your breath ;)
Aaaaand the beginning of the end…. Begins
Exactly.
Those that know how Xbox was built will judge it differently.
Some will chase CoD, but that franchise will start to fizzle once the community shrinks at all through exclusivity.
Is this why gta6 is taking so long?
Because the OGs broke up?
It deserves a VR port.
If they have a monopoly on high end content, then it isn’t through acquisitions, small or monumentally large; they have their monopoly because they invested for decades in THE highest quality games, and their competitors did not.
That investment is what pushes gaming forward, not unfathomably large acquisitions of neutral creators.
Xbox had Halo and Gears… they could’ve competed and developed a stable of reliable studios, if they knew how.
I think it’ll be different. Being M rated is already a big deal…. Take more chances while you’re at it
….how about the games?
I’m okay with studios duel releasing when it makes sense.
I just also suspect that Ragnorak cut production costs by scaling back the scope of the ending, and used the ps4 limits as a win-win justification for not doing anything epic that compares to the scale of every other game in the series.
I expected a fight with the World Serpent allied with Kratos against Thor.
Wrong.
Dare to dream 💭
Will it be the same size though? It IS half the price, right?
We might mostly get one giant boss fight… which I would be thrilled for.
No ps4 restraints 🤙
That ending creature looks huuuuge…. Maybe this DLC will have the epic scale Ragnorak lacked…
@darth because M$ understands that Offfice allows them to buy all of the cows and make everybody sub to Game Pass to drink milk.
Lol, ten years wasn’t enough time for M$ to develop ANY system selling games…. So how da fuq would they know?
M$ loves to buy, hates to create.
Lol, I loved Ground Zeroes, but releasing that level at $40 during a dryspell for games at the onset of the new gen was an obvious cash grab.
I handed over my money happily, but plenty of non-diehard fans were understandably letdown by the scale of what $40 bought them.
I didn’t think I would get sooo many downvotes for not stressing that spending $1000 on psvr2 means you ALSO have a ps5…. You also have a gaming PC if you went with Steam’s headset?
Give it a rest fanboys… I have a psvr2, and enjoy it thoroughly.
Hmm…
They did that deal because they still didn’t have any AAa exclusives to offer….
I’d be very surprised if GP stays at $15/month once they start to deliver on their “4 AAA exclusives a year” promise, which seems like it’ll need the Activision deal to go through in order to support the output
