Cool stuff, looks like Microsoft is going over a good amount of cross platform games, wonder if any new titles will be announced.

Was there any news about flashing the Windows version w/ Steam OS.

This is kind of old news as Advertisement placing has been in games from the very start to some degree. Its agreeable with the increased cost of AAA games to incorporate AD products that doesn't break immersion when it makes sense.

Microsoft did say there are NO RED LINES already so anything is possible and on the table. After their spending spree they are $100 Billion in the hole. Xbox's future is to become a publisher that goes everywhere the process might be slow because on possible outcry but don't get it twisted that will happen.

Makes sense most of the new CPUs/ GPUs/ APUs coming out in the next gen consoles and NVIDIA's 50 series will all have this tech. Nintendo seems to have bet on this technology to do the heavy lifting. Early rumors have the specs for Switch2 at PS4 Pro levels which is already 8 years old. It's hard to imagine they will ride it out for the full 6-8 years without a spec update somewhere during its lifetime.

Makes perfect sense as this was not the first or last case of developers stating Series S is a hurdle when porting higher-end games. Not to mention all the "Sony deals talk" came from a highly uninformed Microsoft Executive that had no knowledge of the inner workings of Sony games financial dealings. This executive just assumed there had to have been a deal and all the console warriors just ran with this erroneous comment. However, any informed person that was in the know and did a ...

Will go full 3rd party publisher by the end of the year maybe with a delay in release for other platforms if not eventually day one.

Don't think that the console power was ever the main stumbling block the PS4 PRO could have probably run some games. Most likely the cost of supporting everything too 100% and relicensing most software copyrights that's why they only stream a select set of game titles. Will be nice if someday one could pop-in a PS3 Disc and have it play.

Not a surprise at all as any publisher worth anything is investigating the creation of Live Service titles all the time. The trick is to manage budgets and to know when to cut things loose. For every Hell Drivers there's going to be a Concord, what did people think when12 different Live Service titles were announced in various stages of production. Most of these games are going to flop or not even come out, it's always been a numbers game.

Look at Microsoft they ha...

Not bad for Indy and it will get another bump in the Spring when it hits PS. Not knowing the budgets for this really goes a long way to say if it was successful financially for Microsoft.

Might be worth a go on the Cinque Pro ones it hits in the Spring once all the refinements are done.

Nice work by the Devs at Guerrilla they seem to care about how their game performs and looks. It's a shame that some of the updates are rushed to get on the possible increase of game sales bandwagon because of the PS5 Pro being the new thing. Some releases have had less than stellar patches with what appears to be little to no QA.

Only the sore losers at Game Science, they barely got an over 80 meta and open critic score but thought they would win GOTY, mind boggling and out of touch. Game Science was lucky to even get nominated for anything usually mid level games don't get any noms in the first place.

The article states that NVIDIA is also celebrating 25 years of GeForce. How expensive will their limited edition 50 series card (s) celebrating 25 years of GeForce going to cost?

Nice that an older version of the game running on a $350 PS5 is hanging in there with what is probably a multiple thousand-dollar PC running a 4090. Hopefully they can get the improved lighting of the updated Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth version running on Steam Deck and back port to PS5 base model as well.

Makes sense as everyone knows the game was just released and was meant to be full price. Not necessary but it would have been nice to offer those people a 10-15% discount on the purchase of the game.

It runs on X Series S, so technically Machine Games could add a potato mode if they wanted for PC.

Rafael Grassetti is very talented great to see him coming back and working on another PS title.

Ghost Of Tsushima has sold over 13 million copies. I don't see Indiana Jones doing this not because of Games Pass but because a first person stealth focused game is a hard sell to the general gamer.
