There was a case where someone was hired to do construction work at a house. He decided not to. When sued for going against the CONTRACT, the guy won. Wanna know why? He claimed that being forced to do work he didn't want to do was a form of slavery. The judge agreed.

I remember when me and a gang of friends in WoW made rogues. We went to Booty Bay and chain sapped EVERYBODY for a few hours because of boredom. Whenever they so much as touched us the guards would swarm them.
Less then 1 week later Blizzard fixed that issue and rendered my friend's rogue "Treesap" useless :P

No thanks. This game just became a rent for me.
It's easy to avoid those errors for me. Just exit out of the browser after a bit so it "resets." It's not completely convenient for us, but I'm not one to complain about such tiny, little, irrelevant details in the grand scheme of life.
Watch, cell phone, clock, iPod, the display on 10 gajillion other electronics, sun dial.
I never rely on just one source for the time so I don't care about that bug :P
And XMB ripped off something that wasn't nearly as popular as the XMB. Guess which one of you cares! If you said "None of us!" then good job you're right.

Then again, people use words like Kleenex, Xerox, Chapstick, etc. to refer to a generic item, despite those being company / specific product names.

Good call with skype! I don't know why I never thought of that. I mean, SONY is ALREADY using skype on their PSPs. They have partnerships with google, youtube, and the like.
Skype on PS3 sounds like a winner of an idea to me
If controllers get taken out of future generations of game consoles then I'll have to revert to the PS2 days. There are more than enough games there for me to boycott nexter gens.
