Remember The Witcher 2 ? The game ended up looking much better than reveal footage and trailers.
TW3 is not being developed PC first (fair enough. It's just not possible), and this is the consequence. That's just how it goes.
Graphics are a huge part of any game. More so a witcher game, because the previous game pushed them so far.
Anyway, game still looks freaking great, and looks like it plays even better. That combat... :D
On PC ultra it will look extra beautiful, and hey, modders can add all the insane graphical stuff.

Still, it all makes a difference, PC ultra will be a good enough leap in quality from consoles (provided you have the hardware. If not, better to go with PS4)

There will still be a kind of significant difference, without a doubt. Yes, they all look exactly the same in videos that are horribly compressed.
Console versions look great anyway, so... win win situation.
Mad Max will look great no matter the platform. That's for sure. Given it's avalanche, it will also probably be incredibly fun too.
They sure know how to make a game fun.
Hopefully they also take advantage of higher end PC hardware as well. The PC version of JC2 had a few extra options that made it look really nice :)
