Well, considering Nomuras perceived love of Sony platforms, and the fact he's the lead dev on the Kingdom Hearts team, it's -extremely- unlikely it'd be 360 exclusive, while it's actually likely to be a PS3 exclusive, if it doesn't go to the Wii.
As for FFVII? It'd be astronomically silly to have a remake made for 360 when FFVII has such a brand recognition with Sony. Final Fantasy as a series is one thing, but FFVII? The game that has it's own version of the PS3? CC on PSP and ...
Why am I worried about this?
Nintendo and MS both did a casual swan dive at last years E3. If Sony intends to do the same this year, I'm going to be extremely disappointed.
Stick to what you've been doing Sony, great games, for gamers. Don't ditch us.
PS3 owners bought it. I believe it's sold almost 2.5 million copies WW so far.
Majority of those sales being in Europe.
A game with such a brand attached to it doing so poorly is disappointing to say the least.
I honestly don't see sales going up too much. The DS is -obviously- aimed at a market that isn't interested in GTA, so why on earth would they buy it?
The anime is based on the same events as the game, so it's basically VC in Anime form.
No doubt it'll flesh out the characters a bit more, and give a more in depth look at the events, though.
As great a dev Miyamoto is, to call this "revolutionary" is a very big over-statement.
It's hardly new, and it's certainly not going to shake the RPG genre up.
