I don't think MS would go this far because of the competition with Sony. They want to monopolize gaming subscription. They fear Google and Amazon so they even bought a major publisher. Google and Amazon can buy any publishers they want, but in the gaming industry, they're late to the market. MS is already experienced. Buy Zenimax before it's bough by other company.
