Yeah okay, I take that back after looking it up. Wii Sports and Wii Play are the top 2, being far beyond 3rd place which is Super Mario Galaxy.
Are you really going to argue that these titles are received well on the Wii? After No More Heroes and Manhunt 2 tanking in sales, you're going to argue that another ultra violent game has anything better than a snowball's chance in hell of being successful? The Wii's best sellers are the garbage bin shovelware titles like Carnival Games. Not even the spectacular Super Mario Galaxy was received very well, considering the amount of people who actually own the Wii.
@TheFreak
No issues at all, downloaded it the moment it went live.
Zelda:TP and Mario Kart would be the only other first party titles I'd be interested in (SSB has never really done it for me), but I haven't heard many positive things about Mario Kart, and I could just buy Zelda:TP for my GameCube. No More Heroes would get a rent, and my faith in the Resident Evil series has severely diminished in recent years, except for 4 (already own for PS2) and the upcoming 5.
Just doesn't add up to that much when I put it out there like that.
I've owned nearly every console made since the NES, and I'm sure one day I'll get a Wii as well. The problem for me right now is that I can't justify the purchase. It has absolutely nothing that I want, aside from this game and a couple of their first party titles like Galaxy.
I agree that the Wii needs more hardcore titles, but these super gore games sell terribly on the console as it is. They should at least make it multiplat with the PS2 if they don't want to bankroll an expensive "next-gen" version.
I don't mean to come off as the anti-Nintendo type, but this game really seems like it's being wasted on the Wii.
...and I thought my expectations couldn't get any lower.
Yeah I know, I beat the Hades Paradox on the other difficulty. Was a lot easier.
Only related by name, and Racers really isn't much fun. Monsters is far superior, being one of the best games on the PSN.
That's the only battle I can't beat on Proud difficulty. It's the last thing standing in my way of completing Jiminy's Journal. I always die against the 4 Final Fantasy characters.
He was easy in KH2, but I still haven't beaten him in KH1.
One of the better internet lists I've seen. Agree with a lot of it.
With all the vile racism taking place non-stop on XBL, I'm so glad they took the time to catch BenDoverx. He was the REAL menace with his humorous and non-offensive/threatening user name.
That's pretty much how I feel. If you're going to add features, it might be wise to actually have games that support said features when they launch. Thanks for the upgraded foundation (in-game messaging is total win), but what's the point of releasing trophies when 1 game supports them, and the closest thing to an upcoming patch date for another game is "soon".
Also, WHY IS THERE STILL NO WORD ON MGS4 TROPHIES?! Konami was busting Sony's balls about trophy support be...
I've got the Eagle title for MGO (headshot master), but I really don't think there's much you can do aside from aiming for the head and emptying your clip. I always use the M4 or that other default assault rifle, and I never use the first-person view unless I've got a sniper rifle, which is rare.
No issues on my side either, and all of my friends made the transition smoothly. I'm curious about how they're going to fix the broken ones if they can't access the XMB at all.
Some of them are pretty hard. I have 13/17, but I can't even get close to earning the missing 4 (well, I haven't tried the split screen one yet, but the other 3 I have tried are really hard).
I would have really liked some R&C trophies.
I'd rather have Sony invest in better ways to utilize the SixAxis than make a Wiimote clone. If I wanted to play games in Wii fashion, I'd buy a Wii.
