yes, i do find it funny when people say the 360 sold more, the userbase is bigger, more software gets sold and it's in the lead. it's illogical not to factor in the 1 year head start.
i'm not interested in how the consoles do their first 2 years out. I want to see how long they last years from now.
i'm still very surprised they don't have the demo since it's released this coming Tuesday. I don't understand Sony's marketing... oh well
good to see some RPG's finally arriving on the PS3. i'm so sick of shooters. Sony needs to get back to their "all genres catered" mindset like the previous PS consoles.
i will go wherever IW goes. they've already proven to me with my fav. FPS of all time (CoD4)
you have the same mindset as MS. always thinking about the short term. no one has won... it's only the beginning. you need to talk about it when these consoles are near the end of their life. MS is only in second place because of a year headstart so that is not very flattering.
this is a marathon not a sprint race.
MS never gives you real numbers and the ones they do give are sugar coated with PR crap
Chris Lewis seems to have a lot to say today. Must be a slow day at the office.
It will be interesting to see if the price cut will have a great impact or not. I mean, the 360 has always been cheaper than the PS3 from day one.
i think hardcores are the ones who tend to pirate games, though others (like myself) do support the industry. but i'm not hardcore nor casual, i'm inbetween. Hardcores will always be around and the industry needs them because without them launch consoles would never be bought.
well, you have a right to your opinion. enjoy gaming.
looking from your statement you don't seem to know what a REAL GAMER is, it's a shame your ignorance keeps you from playing great games on all consoles. your loss.
wow, he scored bigtime, didn't he. best of luck to him. i would love a chance to work for Insomniac.
it's a shame. i was hoping to play as raiden with the sword. it would have added a twist in the gameplay. *sigh*
ok, hero. go to the middle east if you're so manly, you retard. you would sh*t your pants if an afghan pointed a water pistol at you.
yeah, in a way i do agree with you, both consoles are not priced for mass market. it's peaked where hardcore gamers are concerned though, imo. but casual gamers outnumber hardcores.
oooh, nice. is this game based on the Hulk movie sequel?
this game should be pretty good. i just might get it.
and they expect nothing less from the interweb?
all are very valid reasons. the 360 has already peaked in its userbase. All the hardcores have now gotten it, that's why we see the decline of consoles sold. PS3 is just beginning to collect the PS2 user base.
I'm extremely surprised HotShots Golf demo is not on the NA site yet, since it's release is the coming Tuesday
i don't think it will OWN. Neither will the 360. The only OWNing is the friggin Wii. PS3 and 360 both have great line ups (if they all make it out by end of 2008) and sales will fluctuate. Neither one is going to totally own the other.
