why couldn't they be located where Rockstar North was? i'd be there in less than a half hour drive! urrrrgh!

such a well developed and amazingly fun game to play deserves these sales figures. congratz IW. hope you guys blow us away with your next project. \m/
everyone should just sit back, relax and enjoy the accomplishment that capcom has done in making sure that both platforms will see a near identical game in all its glory. i understand that many people, for some reason unknown to me, need to justify their platform or "side". let's just get these games into our machines and enjoy the hard work the developers have done in ensuring that everyone can enjoy a great gaming experience.
i'm getting addicted to PixelJunk Monsters... it's really fun and surprisingly challenging... the visuals are quirky in a cool artstyle and the soundtrack is fitting... i really dig this game... haven't gotten very far but i know i'll be spending a LOT more time playing this.. and the 2 player is another bonus for me and my daughter to take a break from SuperStardust HD.
i'm so glad to have this as an addition to the growing PSN library of downloadable games.

why do you harbor such hatred towards sony? it's just a company out to make money and bring a new product that will be a step forward from its predecessor. this is only gaming which is suppose to be fun not filled with such trivial bullsh*t as fanboyism.
let it go and enjoy your gaming. if not then why bother living, there are worse things going on in the world than this. and there are more corrupt businesses than sony.
the fact that sony is still very determined to support the ps2.. it does get in the way to usher the current userbase onto this gen. i'm pretty sure there are a lot of ps2 users wanting to make the transition but at the moment it isn't the right time for them because:
a) the price is still too steep
b) this gen is a little intimidating since it seems you need
an hdtv and 5.1 surround to get the full effect
c) the franchises that they loved on the ps2 aren't...
it won't be the last either, im afraid...
but it's good to see that some xbox folks that haven't tried this franchise will get a chance to play it on their console now. all comparison bullsh*t aside, one good thing about games going multiplat is that it opens the door for many more people to enjoy a franchise if they cannot afford to buy every console out there.
the casual gamer will eventually move on to become more and more core... the wii is just bringing in more noobs for us to pwn when they realize wii just won't hack it anymore
boy do i miss the Pitfall days... and Space Invaders... i remember my dad surprised me when i went to the store with him thinking he was going to get me an Atari 2600 but he got me a NES instead with Zelda... i was the happiest kid in the world that time
if they indeed have plans to discontinue the 80gb model... it could be a way of sony trying to usher the current ps2 userbase to shift over to this gen... but it might be a bad idea to discontinue any backwards compatibility though, as some people really want/need that feature. i know i'm using it right now and i'm very glad i have full bc.
you do raise a lot of valid questions... i mean, production costs of making a wii game would be relatively more costly than creating a psn game i would imagine. oh well, i hope they bring their talents over to psn or the ps3 one day and i hope that naughty dog still has most of the same people who worked on the first uncharted to be around to making the sequel.

i'm playing the demo @ 720p and those jaggies in those screenshots aren't there for my ps3 version... especially the screenshot of Nero:

yes, yes i looked on my hdtv.. NO JAGGIES... something isn't right and i know i ain't blind.
oh well, still enjoying the demo and this is a day one buy for me.
