i think your all missing the big picture here, and that is the video game market in japan has changed during the last 10 years. more and more people are jumping on the portable bandwagon(PSP,DS) so these numbers are expected, hence the reason SE has gone mulitiplat this gen

your right, anything he says is torn apart by the fanboys here at N4G. when he talks about the success of the 360 he's "got no class" then he comes out to give props to other games and he's still a jackass. this is just like a few months ago when he had high praise for MLB:the show, saying it was the best baseball game he ever played. just face it, he likes to play games unlike some fools commenting on this site

i don't get it either, KZ2 isn't the end-all be-all game you fanboys make it out to be. Halo isn't my favorite either but at least i had a blast playing through the entire campaign, unlike KZ2. i'm glad i only paid $40 for it
whats the deal with the PS3 NA version? are we going to have a choice of sub-titles and the original soundtrack? they have all the space they need with bluray and it's not like they don't know JRPG fans prefer options like these...
so your saying it was right for sony to remove BC? lol, since when does it make sense for electronics to remove features as the product ages? the price of the system should drop due to cheaper components, not the removal of a feature that was promised from the beginning of it's life cycle
i gotta agree with you here, i wish i could play my PS2 games on my PS3 too. PS1 game are a bit different because they are harder to find in stores, and allowing us to download FF7 is a good idea because its almost impossible to find it at any gamestop/ebGames. just plug in my PS2 you say? who wants to game with a corded controller limited to 8ft again?

why is disc swapping a big deal? lets face it every gamer has to swap discs, that is, if you want to play another game in your collection. in the last few months i have bought quite a few games including GoW:collection, KZ2, MGS4, uncharted, infamous, LFD2, MW2, EfLC, Forza3, tekken6, and DA:O. so many games so little time. I'm not playing them all at this point but i do have to swap discs just like everyone else. the only people who don't have to swap media is PSPgo owners...
actually you can use the keyboard with FFXI. when i played thats what i used, i know it sounds odd but i didn't use a mouse, even on PC, it was the best way to play.
who are you trying to convince? 360only owners or yourself?
i have a capable PC that can run current games, i even have it hooked up to my main TV but i don't play 360/PC games on it because its just too much of a hassle to install/upgrade/tweek and all the fun stuff that comes with PC games. not to mention the community on xblive and my established friends list on my 360.
but all fanboy bickering aside it looks like a great 2010 for 360
