I never really got the hate for Craig. I didn't think he was bad, necessarily. Just looked like he needed a little more shading?
How is Digital Foundry BS?
I pointed this out a while ago and people downvoted me to oblivion. Glad someone else can see the marketing BS.
Analogue, Inc is a legitimate company that has proven their word in the past with their other consoles. They're also a team of only 15 or so. Give them a break, ESPECIALLY with the industry-wide supply issues for parts.
Username checks out.
It's a shame I'm so bad at XCOM and other games like it, because I really like Marvel (probably one of the only people in the world that does [ /s]). Maybe it will be more accessible, though, given the audience they might be going for? Maybe it will be my gateway into being okay at these games!
Remember that the services for Phantom Pain on Xbox One, PS4 and PC are still going to be online. But it is only a matter of time, I suppose.
The SSD stuff was an advertising gimmick for the game, I thought most people were able to see through the marketing on that one. It felt like a last-ditch effort to make the PS5 seem necessary, like it's the only place you can play this game. Godfall did a similar thing, and now that's coming to PS4... so... Yeah. Marketing is fun like that.
Um... Listen, Martin Luther King Jr. is one of my heroes. But this seems in really poor taste and not the venue for it. I could understand it being in Minecraft, given all the educational DLC things that game has. But Fortnite? A game that heretofore has never had any educational value? This is bizarre. Not to mention the timing seems super off. Why not wait until Martin Luther King Jr. Day 2022?
Article's a lie solely because they're talking about PS5s being found in stores.
Yeah, you're correct. I think some of us are hoping this will come with the SNES version of Aladdin, or at least have the SNES version as an option. But I doubt it. The SNES and Genesis versions of Aladdin are vastly different, and the previous collection had the Genesis one. I haven't yet played the SNES one, but I hear a lot of people prefer the Genesis entry.
I mean, if he's not involved I feel like it would be best. The PS3 one was a huge disappointment.
I really liked WWII, but Advanced Warfare was really their peak so far. I hope for a vision closer to that one, but I also understand that a lot of people got tired of the hyper traversal mechanics in Call of Duty. But man, that game really got its hooks in me, for some reason. Blops II was my original favorite, but AW exceeded it.
The free movement of the sword is a system upon which the entirety of the game was developed. To take it away would require a major reworking of a majority of mechanics and segments, to the point that it probably wouldn't be in line with its original artistic intentions. Being able to use the right analog stick for that sword movement is a great compromise while still allowing the game to play out as it was intended.
I don't know if you're saying the same thing, but Sofia Carson said something about how she thinks the idea of "strong female lead" and "strong female protagonist" is reductive, because women themselves are strong. I really liked that.
I think this could be great, but I'm biased. I love and champion female empowerment in all media, so this could be awesome. Obviously I wouldn't want them to make "a female Kratos." More just a new character, like Pandora? I feel like Pandora would be a great female character to play as. Or any of the numerous other female gods, including the Celtic one they're discussing in this article. That could be a really interesting change of pace.
Every Forza game that's released digitally has a delisting 4 years after its release. Literally EVERY single one. Look at when each one came out versus when each one was delisted. Given the gap of years between games recently, I do wonder if Fourizon and Motorsport 8 will follow the same pattern. I err on the side of caution, though, and just assume they will.
"Mobile" 🤮
Xenosaga is completely different from Xenoblade, and KOS-MOS is not a guy. You need to do more research.
Bobby, you're not fooling anyone. This reeks of saving face for the investors. Their stock is tanking and rightfully so.
