Good. Maybe don't hold a company up on an impossibly high pedestal just because they made one amazing game in 2015.
Whew, I can smell that Kool-Aid you're drinking, right from where I'm sitting.
Uh.... I don't know about this. All of my friends who played the game have played it several times through. One of my friends has played through it 10 times, I think. He always talks about, "Oh! I have a great idea for a new build!" He even did one where he played as an approximation of Wolverine.
This article is bunk.
Licensing is a very fickle thing that is unpredictable to those that are unfamiliar with the terms of each case-by-case license handed out. It seems quite likely that this is a licensing mandate.
Yeah, New Genesis was such a disappointment. I put 150 hours into PSO2, but when New Genesis came out, all that momentum screeched to a halt, and I don't quite know what happened still. I think the content was lacking.
Their sports games haven't had that habit in the Switch generation, though. They like to throw in free DLC down the line: Nintendo Switch Sports, Mario Tennis Aces, Mario Golf, and I'm hazarding a guess that Mario Strikers will follow suit.
Where's my Switch Cloud version, maaaaan. /s
Nope. We need a Shenmue III situation where the third game alienates everyone that hasn't played the first 2 games, and there is a 20-year break between the release. Most of the people that care have died. We need to repeat that for Eternal Darkness 2.

Jurassic World Evolution 2 is on there? Yoooo. I need to play that one! I LOVE the first one.
I'm actually Jay Garrick, so going so fast that time slows down around me, giving me time to admire / admonish the little things, is a pretty typical event.
I'm just saying that it was a bizarrely lazy detail in a sea of so many amazing ones. I want to be clear that I think the game looks amazing and I can't wait for it. Just pointing out, again, a strange counterexample.
And based on the E3 showing, it also has a river that has the same exact pattern of bubbles that loops over the course of 3 or 4 seconds. It was very distracting for me to see such amazing graphics on-screen, then this river that was completely unrealistic and a glorified moving texture.
I mean, it's free when all the other ones were released at a premium... so yeah?
Buy the battle pass and get to level 100... why does an article need to be written about that..
I actually appreciate it. As someone that has a very hard time processing certain words, I was always so confused when I saw their name. Everyone said "Don't nod" but I was like "That looks like dahntnod." Or something like that. So I actually appreciate this rebranding for making things much less ambiguous. I am the marketing genius you speak of.
Yep. Your fault. /s
Should they return? They have... you used 3 of the best recent examples in your thumbnail and discuss many others. In fact they never really left. It's just no the go-to anymore.
The art style is kind of wonky, but I'm looking forward to seeing gameplay. I really love DC and am willing to give it a shot even though every fiber of my being is imploring me to retch at this.
Indiana Jones as the big skin? ...I highly doubt that. Especially not this long before the new movie comes out.
When it comes to paid DLC for these flight games, why are the vehicles so expensive sometimes? There are some in the store for Microsoft Flight Simulator that are $35. And I think DCS has even worse prices. But why are they so expensive? Especially in the case of Microsoft Flight Simulator since it is a premium product and not just a free download (aside from Game Pass, but that shouldn't matter)
