I think it would have failed regardless of the PS4 focus. Which sucks, because the Vita was a wonderful little handheld. It just had some major issues like the aforementioned expensive proprietary memory cards. The 3DS was my preference, but I loved my little-Vita-that-could.

I adored Rise of the Tomb Raider, but for some reason I had a harder time getting into Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

Yeah I'm kind of miffed about that headline. But the information in the article does give me a little hope. I really want to play these games on the PS5! I would assume if Activision actually is planning on relisting them on the Xbox Store, it would be relisting them on the PS Store as well?

I thought it looked awful, but I actually fell in love with it. To this day one of my favorites on the Switch.

I wasn't sure if I was allowed to post the names on here. But upon Googling: Super Hornio Brothers, and Super Hornio Brothers 2.

I was mistaken. It was two adult films that they own the rights to. Look it up. The purpose is to own the rights so that they have ultimate control over their use, and thus can guarantee that they never see the light of day or get made in any form again. To preserve the brand. I'm not making a joke, you can Google it!

I'm so confused. I thought Nintendo bought the rights to this and wanted it buried. But now I'm hearing it's coming to the Switch, even? What?

That game is awful. Like so many other games that are made specifically to evoke the gameplay and feeling of older and more popular games, it had absolutely no personality, no charm, and it was boring in every way.

Yes, I think we all know this. No need to be pedantic.

I wouldn't count on it. Just original art, nothing more.

Definitely thought that was Howie Mandel.

You should try Gollum or that new King Kong game.

This is definitely a sharp decline in quality. At the same time, I don't think it matters that much in a racing game where most of your time is going to be spent either in the cockpit and / or zooming around the environment too fast to notice the issues. It seems like the trailer was supposed to be a cinematic mode where you can see everything with great detail, but those detailed elements will be done away with during the actual race in order to secure that high framerate and performan...

The apologies are usually soulless anyways, so it's not like the AI is suddenly removing the heart, in this case.

In a justified world, I could see these people seeing themselves as doing a service for their fellow gamers by smearing the Call of Duty name to the point of the game's eventual failure, causing Activision to halt the Call of Duty machine and work on other stuff. Maybe it's a community of people that is pissed that Activision canceled the planned THPS 3+4 remake despite 1+2 doing extremely well and being the best Tony Hawk game in almost 2 decades.

Obviously that&#...

This is honestly the first time I learned the game is even coming to PS4. I thought it was just going to PS5 and Xbox Series.

Why are you using a pre-order as the reason why you lacked faith in the game? Wouldn't it make more sense to just... not pre-order at all? Wait until the game came out and read what happens, then make a purchase decision from there?

I don't know, it's just a weird flex.

@Crows90

Supporting a game after release is not the same as a live service game, though. Would you consider Borderlands a live service game because it kept receiving new DLC? Would you consider Goat Simulator 3 a live service game since it got some free updates since release? Would you consider Sackboy: A Big Adventure live service since they keep adding free costumes for Sackboy? No Man's Sky with its seemingly endless free updates?

It doesn'...

Thank you for the link and correction. I'm wondering why there's such a huge discrepancy in the numbers for Steam Charts vs Steam DB.

6,124 is still a really modest amount of people for such a "big" release, though. I don't think it changes my overall statement. It does make the overall drop just a bit more shocking, though.
