They must have changed it, but if you Google "change install warzone", the highlighted result is a numbered list of how to do it, and it says, "Uncheck the content you wish to uninstall. (WARZONE CANNOT BE UNINSTALLED.) Campaign. Multiplayer. Special Ops. Survival. Select Confirm." (capitalization for emphasis)
Unfortunately I wasn't able to check if it changed because I can't actually find Modern Warfare on Battle Net. Only Black Ops 4 and Cold...
I really wish I could choose not to download Warzone on the PC version. They finally gave us the option of choosing specific components to download, as opposed to downloading everything. But it only goes as far as "Do you want single player AND multiplayer? Or only one?" and that "multiplayer" is a package deal. You can't download just the standard multiplayer stuff. I'm not sure why...
It's really frustrating, and Activision needs to f...
I never would have guessed that it would be canceled if it wasn't in great shape. That's a real revelation, wow.
Um... Fallout 76 is still pretty bad...
A damn shame
Leaked? The stuff came out yesterday... not sure that's considered a leak.
EA does need an introduction, because the last time they tried a wacky multiplayer game, Rocket Arena, it failed hardcore. And judging from how this trailer looked, and discourse regarding it, I'm thinking Knockout City will also fail just as much.
I'm excited for the DC Super Hero Girls game. I feel like I'm one of the only people that actually is keeping that brand alive. I wish there were more things with them! It doesn't look like a great game, but it looks fun enough that I'm excited.
Because it is the new "trend" game that will inevitably start dying out in a month or so. Just like all of them. Among Us, Fall Guys, Phasmophobia, Escape from Tarkov, etc.
I think Rocket League, Fortnite and Dead By Daylight are the only examples I can think of for "trend" games that actually maintained their momentum. They're still so incredibly popular, years on from their release. That is special.
Um...
Removing Ray Tracing is a weird thing for something next-gen. Ironic, since Ray Tracing is one of the big "next-gen" features.
People became privy to his practice of promising big and delivering small. He is the perennial example of an artist that has huge ambition but not the resolve to follow through with those promises. I don't dislike him, as he has brought us some good games. But he is a constant punchline for me when I think of developers getting high and mighty.
Is VGChartz a legitimate source nowadays? I remember like a decade ago, whenever people brought up VGChartz as a source for how many copies a game sold, lots of people would come in and discuss how it's a very dubious and inaccurate source. But has that changed over the years?
@Master of Unlocking
I think it could be argued that they DID do bad things that would deserve karma. Working conditions were poor, they constantly manipulated their audience to think everything was perfect and they were a consumer-forward company, they made a mockery of anyone that was involved with the development of the game, they withheld footage of the last-gen version with the express interest of getting as many sales as possible before people became privy to its ter...
I just realized the irony that CD Projekt Red is a Polish company, and Cyberpunk was so un"polish"ed.
Devastating in what way?
I just hope they change Returnal's name. I think it's pretty dang awful. I understand it's a portmanteau of Return and Eternal, which fits the game well enough. But it's one of those names that I just think is... really bad.
I've been so excited for this game. The PS4 one was one of only 2 platinum trophies I've gotten in my 12 year history with PS3/PS4/PS Vita, and when this announced I flipped my freaking lid!
The main issue is that I still can't get my hands on a dang PS5. I really hope we get out of this scalper-borne drought by the time this releases. But if I remember right, PS4 was pretty hard to come by for most of its first year on the market, if not longer. Let's...
So it's Skater XL with a slightly different art style...
Listen, I love skating games, from Tony Hawk to Skate. I even really liked Session. But this new era of skating games that are more simulation, with no real content to justify their pricetag ($40 for Skater XL? Really?), I'm getting kind of tired with.
At this point it's very hard to tell Skater XL, Session and this game apart. I like Session and Skater XL, but they are not worth the...
Pretty sure all 10 people that had a Wii U have abandoned it for the Switch, since 3D World marks perhaps the final great Wii U exclusive that has been ported elsewhere. I'm one of those 10 people, and I still hold the Wii U close to my heart. But at this point, it's just.. not worth hooking up anymore.
It's kind of worrying whenever there's a change of director in a connected series. Just look at the sequel trilogy of Star Wars movies that recently concluded. All different directors, all different motives and directions, all leading to a very disjointed mess.
However, the original trilogy of Star Wars films also had all different directors, and they still felt very connected and had a thread of quality that extended throughout. They were also consistent, for th...
