Well considering PS3 Jap version will get the jump on the 360 version by a good 3-4 months I seriously doubt it.
Considering the damn game has yet to be announced on any platform, how can it be seen as inferior on one system to another.

45nm Cell chip production starts late Feb/march2009, this was already known. Meaning we could see a price cut by summer2009, if Sony choose to pass on there production cost saving they will be making.
