REDZEV - 360 already failed in several area's.
1. Build Quality(RROD anyone) - epic fail
2. No standard harddrive(when Xbox had it last gen) - epic fail
3. MS backed HD-DVD(Abosolete HD format) - epic fail
4. using DVD9 as standard media(so last gen) - epic fail
5. games coming on multiple DVD9 cos of lack of space(so last gen) - Epic fail
6. barely out selling PS3, even at a lower price point - epic fail

PS3 is selling better than 360 was at same time in lifecycle. It's doing just fine considering price point. It's MS that should be worried.
REDZEV - Having a 360 + obsolete HD-DVD, most unreliable console hardware ever. Having games on multiple DVD9's(so last gen), not even having a hard drive as standard/ or been able to upgrade cheaply, also PS3 is holding it's own even with a higher price point(sale wise) - that's epic fail.

Everyone knows that Sony is at the break even point in PS3 lifecycle, PS3 manufaacturing has come down more than 50% since launch. PS3's Cell & RSX chips are now been manurfactured at 45nm, meaning it won't be long till Sony passes on any savings to retail/consummers. I'd guess summer at earliest.

Untill Larrabee is in silicon form and has been bench marked, Cell/Hybrids will still rule the roost.
All Microsoft will annouce is another fix for RROD Sh#tebox360 that won't work yet again.
They should give them the next gen treatment.
Coming from behind PS3 is selling just fine, considering it's high price point.

First party studio, PC makes sense. Make Sony a ton of of Money.
