Heard this game is super fun
Seeing that design just hits home that this was never intended to be a DC game.
Yeah, when playing as Wolverine, the next best thing is Jean Grey!
**what do characters like Dante, Bayonetta, Kratos, and the like do more than hack n slash? Does that make those games boring?**
All those characters have a variety of weapons and power ups at their disposal that gave them different combat styles and out of this world matrix stryle crazy combos that made their games fun.
And I'm pretty sure Dante, Bayonetta and Kratos had instances in a few of their games where the characters switched to someone else, either wi...
Why, Sony is still keeping games off of other platforms?
Why does it have to be on some type of equivalence scale?
It's always fun to see how lopsided views are here and then the spin when a favorite company is now doing exactly what was these people accused another of.
Lmao, there's always an excuse and made up rules as to why it's okay that Sony does it and not MS.
Sony is keeping X-Men and Spider Man games on their own platform. Doesn't matter if there wasn't any before or they weren't getting "the love" they were supposed to.
You can't change a narrative all of a sudden just so you can excuse your favorite company.
Sony: makes exclusive deals with IPs they don'...
No, you seem to actually target certain people on one side with your remarks than you do the other.
But cool attempt at being the victim.
We probably won't get a GTA 7 until Gabriel blows the horn
It's probably why Insomniac is going the Marvel route for a while and then later bring out their next R&C game.
It's not a bad way to do business honestly. They develope something for a while that will guarantee some money and then in between being out something of their own.
Unfortunately, with the way the industry is, this is how things are going to be mostly.
@Eonjay
Of course they were happy, I remembe...
Here's hoping this is true and that Capcom is willing to come back with a proper installment of MvC and not the Disney Marketing campaign that was MvC Infinite !
These budgets are insane and it's no wonder why developers are sticking with sequels or characters based on recognizable IPs.
This is why Square always puts out bizarre statements of games not meeting expectations because they more than likely didn't.
There has to be a better way to bring in the cost of games without sacrificing the scale and graphic quality we all expect with each new generation.
I personally don't see see...
You definitely let a lot of them slide on this site already, why start commenting against them now?
Okay, so Sony is still taking the games out of the hands of gamers with these deals as I said before.
What changed?
Or maybe just intentionally hold back on releasing the PC versions for year. Which is just wild to me if that was the case.
Yer boi wasn't too far off on how gameplay was going to be...

Replace Mariko with Jean Grey!
Once again the not sustainable and GP doesn't support the devs narratives shot down in flames.
I liked the game, a bit too hard on some of those bosses tho and not because of the actual bosses but those controls.
Actually, let me change that and let's be honest, what else can Wolverine do besides hack n slash?
There is a chance it will be repetitive and that is a reason why games switch up characters. Insomniac did that with Spider Man, GoW did it with Atreas, other games do similar things.
So based on experience in gaming and seeing how this game more than likely will play there's no need to get all defensive about it. This is something developers do.

Oh boy! Sony is a monopoly and also taking the games out of the hands of gamers and narrowing the market/competition.
C'mon, we know the standard drill when something like this happens.
On a serious note, this could be cool that Sony and Insomniac are creating their own Marvel Universe. The same way the Arkham series did. I'm curious to see how their take on X-Men will be.
I'm guessing it'll be treated just like the Miles Morales DLC for the first Spiderman and not an actual separate game.
Because for this to release before Wolverine is wild.
Check out something called game design. You know how developers add different game mechanics to switch things up. I'll give you an example...
Candy Crush does a lot more than just match three, why? One, to keep players engaged and two to break up the monotony of just being a Bejeweled type clone.
So again, saying breaking up the monotony doesn't imply that I mean this is bad or a bad thing to do. This is something a lot of games nowadays just do a...
