This whole comment reads of shifting the blame from the developers to the player and trying to once again to absolve Sony of all faults.
People asked for MAG, Killzone and similar games that were like those as examples of what we were looking for from Sony when it came to their multiplayer game focus. Firewall delivered an underwhelming hero shooter that lacked appeal and any sort of feature to keep a player engage. And I definitely don't want to hear that the market is...
So the game bypassing Xbox is because of Game Pass as this article states or is it because of the old framework that MS no longer supports and that older Capcom games are using?
There's about a hundred different conversations going on and none of them has anything to do with the actual reasons
If Sony has nothing to show then why be there?
It's funny to once again start getting these types of articles stating how VR is a non valuable platform to game with.
People said this in the beginning and was ridiculed, a lot of people said it was niche and was called out for being an Xbox fanboy and told if Xbox had one they would be all in, fact of the matter is, it's just an expensive piece of hardware that's not necessary for a gameing experience.
Yes, it offers a little more when play...
A bunch? Are you sure about that?
And even if true, I think quality over quantity would be of better relevance here
Has ZERO to do with Game Pass. It's already been stated that Capcom doesn't want to port it to Xbox due to the systems architecture.
"It is worth noting that this clip isn’t referencing Marvel Vs. Capcom, as the episode was released two weeks before the announcement, or that this is the reason that Capcom chose to release the game on PC, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch."
Nice clickbait article then, using something unrelated to just bit...
That's good to hear
Sony had little to no competition during the PS2 era and they have an iconic catalog.
I don't think Sony needs competition in the console space to still release great games. It would be the games that would be competing against each other.
I think after so long we should have gotten some gameplay with this trailer reveal.
Xbox has definitely knocked it out the park with their last few shows. In game trailers, gameplay and just more overall exciting announcements.
Sony on the other hand has definitely been stale with their shows as of late. I think we're at a point where all their big name studios are in the middle of development and won't have anything to show until next year, let alone any release dates. And their third party showings are mid.
Not really sure wha...
I'm hoping that the Boeing planes explode in mid air
I'm thinking one way they could do it is just by switching up the gameplay, more open sandbox, maybe some RPG gameplay elements. Something along those lines.
A reboot? I guess that could work, maybe a retelling and all ..change some things because now we have the tech to introduce aspects that the original game couldn't due to limitations at that time.
We'll just have to wait and see.
A prequel?! I'm sorry, but in my opinion this will mess with the canon that the Gears games have already established. How can you introduce new weapons or enemies?
Not impressed with this at all.
We need more arena Mech fighting games!!!
"To actually remove the logo is just Microsoft trying to confuse people by giving off the impression it's an exclusive."
I'm wondering if this is your first platform game show...but I'm absolutely positive you've been on this site longer than even I have. So to even say this is so absurd it's actually hilarious.
I'm wondering if you left a similar comment during the PlayStation showing when they only have their logos for ...
Did you see in game footage, because I did.
Game is further along despite what early rumors said.
State and Fable better have release years, I believe they were announced before PD
...Probably because it's an Xbox show...
So much for all those rumors of PD being in development hell.
Game looking like it's further along than originally thought
Damn, sure is a bad time to be a developer today.
I hope these guys bounce back and find new careers quickly
