Why do people think Americans will get mad if Conner kills blue coats? I don't know one American who cares at all. I have however seen some Brits that were mad that red coats were being shown killed.
It's really stupid to be made either way. I'm almost positive that Ubisoft will be depicting the Americans as the good guys, and the British as the bad guys (rightfully so, or else they wouldn't be historically accurate.)
They do hire modders, like Oscuro from Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul.
You must be unaware of the sales available for PC games.
Most people think it's only Steam, but there are many other digital distribution websites like Green Man Gaming, Amazon, GameFly, Gamers Gate, and Impulse. It makes buying games PC games incredibly cheap.
"Dead Space 1 and 2, Battlefield 3, Assassin's Creed 1, Revelations and soon to be 3, Borderlands 2, are better on PS3. Same with LA Noire, Portal 2, Batman Arkham Asylum, and Dark Souls. Not to mention that the differences you mention are negligible at best LMAO. You could barely tell the difference most of the time. Games like Fallout and Skyrim are where it's at it's worst. And they've already been patched."
All of those games are better on PC. Pl...
I'm guessing that their reasoning behind using very cheaply made parts, yet still keeping the exact same price as the previous PS3 Slim, is because they lost so much money on the PS3 and are trying to regain some of it back with a higher profit margin.
That's the only logical thing I can think of as their reasoning behind the PS3 Super Slim.
Think about what you're saying. Basically, it's common sense like you said (some people don't have this) that Avatar will never be met one to one in a game because the computers used to process it were insanely powerful, and even then it took a very long time to render.
Now, you're saying that it doesn't have to meet Avatar's graphics with pixel-to-pixel quality, but may be able to get very close to looking like it. What you're saying is that next ...
I hope he's being sarcastic...
Funny though, the article picture is of Dragon Age: Origins (an amazing RPG) but BioWare just announced Dragon Age 3: Inquisition (quick time event, button mashing, dumbed down to the max.) Sorry I just had to, no sugar coating here. I think we all know what's coming.

Pre-order bonuses (cut content) are never sweet...
Have a sense of humor. There's no reason to find the poking at fun moments of E3 2006 offensive, especially over an inanimate object.
Who ever made that statement needs to really go and research just how much it takes to get Avatar to look so realistic. It actually takes a ton of processing power to just render one single frame in Avatar (as in a very expensive super computer.)
It takes minutes to just render one frame. To say that next gen consoles will even come close to Avatar visuals is hilarious. Not even the PC could render Avatar in real time. It's not realistic.
I think you mean PC is next gen for core gaming.
I call them progressives nowadays. The liberal name shouldn't be tainted by comparing them to modern day "liberals."
Look up Jerry Lambert commercials on youtube. He is a professional actor. His image was only meant to be temporary with Sony.
Eventually it died down, and he moved on to do other commercials.
Just saying, that's an insane install size.
I don't quite get it. How were they able to release Skyrim on the PS3, but not the DLC if it has to do with RAM? Really makes zero sense to me. If they can get Skyrim to work, they should be able to get Dawnguard and other DLC to work as well.
There is no PC elitism here, I was simply stating facts. The PS3 will not look nearly as good as the PC version. This gameplay trailer had to be on PC.
PC elitism =/= stating facts that the PC version will be superior to the console version. Just because it's not what a lot of console fanboys like to hear, it's the truth. They write it off by calling it elitism. That doesn't make it untrue.
Notice how anyone who says something like "yes! I lo...
Disagrees already... it's so obvious this gameplay trailer was done on a PC. The way the transitions from the amazing quality of the cutscenes to the gameplay was crazy. The animations are fluent too, lighting is amazing... Fox Engine is the new Cryengine 2 before Crysis 2 was consolized.
No way this quality will be achieved on consoles. I'm really glad Kojima embraced the power of the PC, and didn't hinder himself with only going PS3 or just consoles.
I think Bethesda should have given PS3 players a heads up before they shelled out $60 for the game that it would have little to no support from DLC OR technical. It only seems fair.
I know that's why the Brits are mad, but what can they expect from a game based on revolutionary America? The real problem is that they are being being made the bad guys because they WERE the bad guys... in 1775 of course.
Unless you would prefer being ruled under a monarchy.
