I think that movie would not make for a great game. The tone and overall feel wouldn't make for great gaming at all. I think I'll stay away from this one.
You know the Wii seems to be the subject of these "It's cool" or "It's worthless" type of Articles. I will agree that the wii has a long off from being great but it's pretty good.
I own a wii and I don't own it; a cheap cash in cross over title that has little to no redeeming value whatsoever. Why would Sonic and Mario be at the Olympic games? Wouldn't Mario 'Shroom addiction get him banned?
Didn't even watch the video myself; just felt that something like that, well, just isn't right. I think there are other ways women can get attention without resorting to this.
What's next? A topless gal playing Super Paper Mario? Space invaders? This whole craze is just plain stupid and overplayed beyond reason. Silly and, in the end, pointless.
So how is MK-wii anyhow?
Well I haven't had an NES for years... Always wanted a top loading one but boy those babies are price gauge fodder. Well yeah I do agree that forward is always the way to go but sometimes we should go back now and then to really remember the younger days of gaming. Besides you know Capcom, they release an enhanced version for one of the other systems anyhow.
With Guitar Hero: World Tour coming later this year with the ability to have DLC and having the ability to make your own character; I don't see myself getting this game at all.
It's a Shame too; I was looking forward to this version for a while.
Decent couple of games on the VC and Wiiware but nothing that makes me go out and buy a wii points card. Once some original RPGs hit up the shop channel I'll be there.
Wow this might be the start of a classic gaming movement. Who knows might get the old school make-over again. Mario? Metroid? Kirby? Hmmmmmmmm I'm getting excited thinking of it.
No it looks awesome. I've been waiting for a new 'old school' game for a while. Looks like I'm back to playing another Mega man.
What an arrogant little SOB he is for doing the one the thing I thought he wouldn't stoop to; insults! I used to respect the man greatly for his ability and imagination but I guess I didn't have as much imagination as I did not see him saying that.
I think that SEGA was amazing for there time and their failure had less to do with "looks" as opposed to very poor decisions on the most important levels.
I had no problem with any of the Zelda games that came out; they have been really fun but I was just commenting on what a good future Zelda title would need myself.
I'm definitely looking forward to Kirby on the DS; all the other games I might give it a rent.
Good points but here's what I think what will make the next Zelda game great on the Wii: Give us as many control options for the title as there is with SSMB or Mario Kart Wii, make the graphics somewhat a cross between "Wind waker" and "Twilight Princess," A new boss, and a cool easter egg or two.
Decent article but didn't really give any real thoughts about what really could be ahead for the next Zelda title; just where it's been and that's about it really (with some sort of prediction at the very end just about). I was hoping for more predictions based on the way Nintendo is doing things things.
As for me, I have a few ideas that could make the next Zelda even better then the "OoT" and "Twilight Princess." I know that a lot of people are going to ba...
Wow I don't think it really matters too much since I've played my wife's cousin's PS3 and I think it looks pretty good. I don't care too much about the numbers, as long as the game looks good (and plays far better). Also I played my best friend's 360 and I think that also looks quite good too (pretty much the same quality of graphics).
Let the putting down of other people's consoles continue; as for me, both are good and are now showing there value.
Whoa, hey! I think the 360 is pretty manly in it's own right.
Gee... while that would be good I don't see a lot of PS3 people going for 2D gaming really. Everytime I hear what people like about the PS3 the answer always seems to be that it has amazing 3D capabilities.
But I would be all for that.... High Def, hand drawn 2D goodness. If such a thing were to come to pass I would all over that system (that and one more price drop).
Yes you're right; it came from the Famicom Final Fantasy II (not to be confused with the US super NES Final Fantasy II (which it's really IV). You can play it on either the PSX, GBA, and/or psp.
