Actually, the Dolphin community (the people behind these screenshots) has discussed this issue -- at length -- and it has been determined that that will probably never happen. Most of these screenshots are the result of very specialized custom hacks and shaders on each individual game.

Martin Hollis isn't really 'from Rare', seeing as how he left the company over a decade ago to form his own studio. His last game, Bonsai Barber, was actually really good.
Rare's current output pales in comparison to its older output largely *because* almost all of its major employees left back in the 90s.

I wished to avoid getting into this, but I believe it did show, quite clearly. It showed in the incredibly weak, rushed story. It showed in the fact that most of the bossfights consisted of 'Shoot enemy. Grapple beam enemy. Shoot enemy some more.' In the dozen+ items that got basically one/two uses in the entire game and became subsequently useless....

No map, copy-pasted rooms, the occassionally-cheap death traps, death being punished with a half-hour of farming low-level scrubs for health, bombable squares that are identical in appearance to all other unbombable squares, Ridley and Kraid's goofy sprites...

That may be true, but the end of Echoes also inadvertantly resulted in that 'Samus Giving the Finger' gif that people have gotten so much mileage out of in the past two days, so all is forgiven.
