That is faulty logic given how good the Demon's Souls Remake looks. The truth is that FromSoft just doesn't prioritize graphics which if they did could increase their sales.

Looks like tense fun but their engine is really showing it's age. They should add more atmospheric effects to counter all those sharp edges and low res textures.
They couldn't make a game with the biggest IP in the world work as GaaS but they want to keep doing it. GaaS only works with f2p games and that market is saturated.
