It's clearly an issue for some players; especially if they are getting absolutely hammered or outclassed by a woman. I'd imagine it to be very difficult to live down for some alpha males.
Here's an embedded video about the Cross Assault incident featured in the story.
Just a query. Is it not a good thing in your view that they are being receptive to gamer feedback or do you think that it's a fruitless endeavor?
Very interesting set-up for the core controller.
I think Nintendo's launch line-up might be something to look forward to in this coming E3.
True enough, but I'm surprised that no company has yet to tap up the anime market and try to sell newer interesting titles.
Not Naruto mind you. Absolutely tedious story.
While the game is being developed by the same people who made the MK reboot; Injustice is not MK. People should expect a solid beat-em-up; not fatalities in a superhero title.
Why not black? Is it personal preference or a fear of change to the usual protagonists in video games?
There will always be dangers in handing a precious IP over to a different studio, especially if the studio in question is inept in some way that it damages the IP in question. Team Ninja's character assassination of Samus Aran is a good example of what happens when you let the wrong developer have your IP.
I just wish that developers would take more chances when it comes to games based on anime. I don't understand how the DBZ license can warrant so many releases, yet Hellsing has yet to have a game released over in the west.
Ach, whatever.
An interesting viewpoint but I respectfully disagree on completely writing off Nintendo just yet, due to the fact that their launch line-up hasn't been finalized nor has there been much indication of whether or not the Wii U will have some solid 3rd party support. I'd be interested in their plans for online play and whether or not they'll drop their friend code shtick for something more palatable to the gaming public. Also, just to add on your Mario point; he has appeared in over ...
Just curious. Has there been any indications of whether or not this game will be as linear as in previous Tomb Raider titles or will it be set in an open world were Lara would have to fend for herself, survive in a harsh environment and have the freedom to explore the island?
Either way, it's hard not to be hyped for what looks like an engaging experience.
Also, what did your mother think of it?
Congratulations for not reading the blog post. Since you're clearly not able to read; check out the related video for completely missing the point.
I look forward to the Nintendo conference. If they show a lineup of decent launch games that contains a proper Starfox game; they'll steal the show.
What exceptional original IPs is Microsoft going to be showing at this event? Other than multi-platform releases, what else doe Microsoft have to look forward to other than promoting Kinect games or anything like that? Exactly. Besides, I'm fairly sure that I've been balanced on each system anyway; so there's no need to be so overtly sensitive. Thanks for playing!
I liked some things about DA2 but it felt like fairly rushed to the point where they kept recycling environments and enemies. There was certainly some things in the story which is applicable to real life and has a far more human focus. The characterization of the Arishock for instance was an interesting view on religions fundamentalism, how frightening it can be and how it could even be an attractive proposition to some people one way or the other. There are many things that I didn't like...
Oh yes. One cannot help but be very aware of how different the execution of the Metroid Prime series is compared to Team Ninja's effort on Other M. It was character assassination at it's finest and it's no wonder why Nintendo is so reluctant to allow another studio to develop their in-house franchises.
Interesting concept. Would be interesting to see how they deal with the story aspect and if it'll be similar to MK's story progression where you play as different characters in different chapters.
They can go wherever they like. If they can somehow banish the memory of Other M which they are very capable of doing judging by their output; fans and Nintendo alike would be very thankful about it.
Having been a huge fan of the Mass Effect 3 and Bioware's output in general, (I liked DA2!) one feels the need to point out that while I do not know much about art; I know enough to point out that the ending is no commentary on anything else but itself. The real art was all the work that was put upon creating a universe that has enthralled so many gamers. Clarifying an ending because it lacked narrative coherence has little and nothing to do with art.
This is time for Nintendo to really show the capabilities of their latest console. Hopefully, it'll be better than the time they announced it last year and everybody was confused about it.
Think so. Didn't care too much for the other fella's tone though.
