Despite the consistent lying that was done to boost sales of the game, (16 different endings, charging for an integral character in the game, how it won't be an ABC ending etc) the ASA still ruled in favour of EA. This is incredibly problematic. Part of my interest was I assumed that they'd revamp the friend code system as it was just a hassle to use. This will put off a lot of the "core" gamers who had a minor interest in the Wii U.
