true, how could I forget both these things...

Prepare to laugh lots then, as many will. I myself plan to purchase one. Is it necessary? No. Is it how I want to experience the game? Yes.

Is it akin to paying £120 for football boots? Kinda, and even though I'm a fan of playing football I wouldn't spend that much (or even a third) on a pair; however others get enjoyment from it, so who am i to say whether it's right, wrong, geeky or stupid?

It's nice when we all get along without judgin...

What a terrible video.

"At the bottom you've got a slot holder for the actual uhh the uhh move controller accessory"

Navigation controller, not hard to remember, nor google. This guy's a journalist? I wasn't allowed inaccuracies like that in my local newspaper, let alone one of the largest gaming websites.

Still, the Sharpshooter looks good.

I wasn't aware Danny that a mouse was like holding a gun, man have I been using it wrong. Still, this isn't just like it either, but it is a step closer.

@tablav

While I agree that forty quid is quite high it actually plugs in to the expansion port of the move. This allows button remapping, rather than operation via levers, which is a huge benefit over the Wii accessories. A digital trigger is basically a must for killzone when using a gun attachment.

As much as I agree with you element that its embarrassing to see people do it, people do do it. I teach in a UK secondary school and the kids often say lol out loud, scream EPIC, pwned, lolzors, owned, fail, and actually do yell (phonetic spelling coming up) Zoh my god!

But then if we have noob officially become a word (it's slang of slang for Christs sake) then can we wonder at it?

@rezzah

the students had to design games for move, giving consideration to gameplay, control scheme and HUD.

They found it much harder to design anything they wanted to play using Kinect, especially the boys - who all wanted CoD but couldn't work out the accuracy issues with firing.

In the end it concluded that Kinect has a lot of potential, but just doesn't fulfill it at present. Oh, and then I convinced my school to invest in a move...

"What's to stop Sony from putting some thing on the hd"

Umm, the fact that they won't get the original, they'll get a backup. Do you really think that they look for evidence on the original drive?
What if it were set up in such a way that a failed attempt at cracking encryption wiped the drive?

They'll get a copy, then they have to note where the evidence is, and prove its existence on the back up that the court has.

Some of my students who were friends fell out over Move vs Kinect when I did a class on the tech behind move.

Wasn't pretty... or understandable.

Personally I believe that the GO was a feasibility test for a DD only NGP. Thankfully they realised that's foolish.

The bugs annoy, but I've still enjoyed it enough that my friends and I have put in over 20 hours so far.

Hoping they fix the bugs before my 30 days are up though, or I have to decide whether to support a game that has had bugs that haven't been fixed since the beta.

ps3hax.net, validating Godwin's Law so you don't have to.

I'd say get the limited run, Limited Edition that's the same price as the standard. You get Extraction on it, even if you don't have move it could play okay with a ds3.

1 word, boll... ah you already know this, shame Capcom doesn't.

depends on your point of view. Personally I waited seemingly forever for MGS4. When it arrived I put 23 hours into it within 36. I've never done that for any game before or since. I loved every second of both gameplay and cutscene I saw on my projector.

And damnit, I'l play it again ;) (I mean for about the 12th time)

Not us all. I love me some FF, and 13 was passable in my opinion. Don't get me wrong I've completed the main plot and will likely plat it one day, but I don't think you're missing an incredible experience if you chose to give it a miss.

Hoping Versus is good

I agree with you. All except the use of irregardless :P

surely you meant to say 1 extra year development on ps3, if you wanted to take the piss that is. As it is you make it look like they did a buttload of good work in one year.

Oooh I wonder what you could have meant...
