that's quite a high Kinect to non Kinect ratio there.
So recently that's;
Lovefilm (which I was already a member so bonus)
Qriocity
Mubi
4oD
itv player
to go with the existing Iplayer and Vidzone.
Colour me pleased.
or just terrify us with clowns :P
it is indeed up there with the best of the best in my eyes too. I get almost as excited for them as I do canonical Metal Gear Games (yes I'm looking at you Rising, please prove me wrong).
Only a full blown proper MGS could prevent it being my goty I think.
Interesting story, but was posted on 13 Jul 2010. Are we so destitute in the news stakes that we need over 5 month old articles? When I look at the front page I don't think so.
"the demo really did look like U2"
Fine by me ;)
That's what I thought. 25% increments allow pretty much bollocks all differentiation between titles.
@bullswar
Cool, just have to marry my fiancée to make her awesome then. I shall tell her today that at present she is merely better than average. :P
Overall I find that games have become easier. I think it's the combination of scripted events, regenerating health and auto saving.
Don't get me wrong, a lot of my favourite ever games have one if not all of these features, but sometimes a game like Demon's Souls is a refreshing change.
Bubble up.
I too championed the fight in many articles, it's bloody good fun.
good, that would mean I had the effect I was looking for, mainly from the missus but others is a bonus. Not sure why you think I'd be offended.
Oh and if it helps give context my job has been teaching media production, film theory and ICT for the last 7 years.
wow, more disagrees than my intentionally childish posts get. Not like I said anything too bad, MGS is my favourite series after all.
After a reaction like that I guess I might as well just say f*ck met.... ah who am I kidding, I just can't do it. :P
I can replay any metal gear (canonical from the core series, looking at you the awful twin snakes) any number of times without any incentive other than the fact I enjoy the shit out of it. Completed every single one over 10 times easily, all unlocks etc and I still mess about on it. This summer I will likely play the entire bunch again in canon order.
That said I still think adding trophies would be a good idea for those that care for them, and if the box did indeed ship wit...
It a video game based movie, that mean's they'll pump it full of well known's to generate buzz. Personally I think they should take the ballsy approach and use it as an opportunity to cast much lesser known and promising actors, allowing us to identify with characters much more than 'oh look it's Marky Mark.'
Personally, after the fact that they both mo-capped and recorded voice simultaneously I say give the parts to North and Rose, oh and don't fo...
Chevy Chase.
Sorry, while we were being ridiculous I thought I'd mention the chase; doesn't get any work now thanks to the 'hollywood phonies'.
;)
Delay justified.
Just sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of PR...
There you have it kids, the perfect recipe for disaster.
Maybe it's just me, maybe the trailer gave the wrong impression, but after seeing it in the cinema last weekend a few people near us laughed when I said "why can't they leave well enough alone, totally unnecessary Disney interference bullshit."
Have you seen the trailer? Is it just me? I'm fine if it is, but interested none ...
they said it shines, they never said how brightly ;)
It's a white dwarf, faint and dense :P
Sorry to all Xbox fans but when you got an article that's as daft as this it's hard to resist at least one joke.
I find that some games are worth trading, others aren't. But in the case of InFamous I shall be keeping my copy, besides here in the UK you'd be lucky to get 2 quid for it from trade in now.
Silent Hill 2 for me, but then as much as I love Resi 4 I don't consider it a real survival horror game. Maybe that's just me.
