Well child Labor is a tough subject. There are a lot of variables that need to be looked at as well as laws and regulations of other countries.
Generally child Labor is where a child is exploited by a company who has to work for an extremely low wage due to their families economical position within the countries standard of livings.

As it stands:
The bare bones PS3 super slim is priced HIGHER then then the recently $50 price reduced Xbox 360.
CoD AND Halo 4 are both releasing just before the Holiday season where we already know Halo 4 is an exclusive Juggernaut title (which the author already states) and CoD has ALWAYS sold more on the 360.

I am confident enough to say that I am only looking forward to Halo 4 from this point on and will be the main title I play until The Last of Us comes out, which I will complete in a week and then move back onto Halo 4.

Between 2006-2007 the 360 outsold the PS3. We are ALL aware of the poor sales the PS3 had due to cost. So this isn't even up for debate.

I agree. I chose XCOM over Dishonored simply because I desperately needed something that wasn't a FPS or from a FP perspective.
I finished the game and was overall pleased. My only gripe was that the levels needed to be a bit more diverse. You couldn't differentiate the countries. Europe, North America, Asia....all seemed to look exactly the same. Line of Sight also had some issues...such as being able to shoot through walls at targets that there would be no way ...
I gotta admit there really seems to be a lot of lame Negative Sony Articles.
I can understand the articles about Sony's financial position or slow start Vita sales since it's something actually worth discussing and is a tangible topic that has metrics and can be measured; even though it does seem like every tom, dick and harry with a no name website has something to say negatively about Sony just because they think it's the "IN" thing.

The game data is stored in a .bin file. Date and if the game was flagged to be an unregistered copy via truncated burn. iHas burners are capable of burning a proper copy without truncating but the data of the game inserted into the console is still recorded and held within the console. The moment your console connects to the internet, you are connected to XBL even if you don't have a gold membership and MS can read the game history.

Any argument could be made for repurchases. That goes for Sony and Nintendo as well. We have no accurate proof as to how many 360's were repurchased due to RROD or E74 just like we have no idea how many PS3's were repurchased for YLOD or any other reason.
I do know that MS has a 3 year warranty while the PS3 only has a 1 year warranty. So the argument could be made that the PS3 has had more repurchases then the 360 since people could...

If a person is a "professional" eSports player, then they don't need the money from uploading game commentaries.
They make their living by winning tournaments and endorsements.
This is more towards those that are NOT making a profit from being a gamer and are simply just making a video on something game related using an MS IP and selling it to the community trying to make some money off it.

According to Sony, Sales are an indication of product quality. Stating not to judge the Vita until it's Holiday sale...
That looks very much like how XBL is set up. I see a lot of Metro going on there.
The last pic you can see the correlated frames as they fade away into the background, very much like the XBL dashboard prior to the new dash.
I think this looks great and really well done but undoubtedly influenced by XBL/Metro.
This user friendly UI design is just another example how PSN is growing and maturing into something greater. I can't wait to see ...
I would say you're right on a "core" basis. Casuals are still playing last gen consoles. Just look at the sales for the PS2. It's actually still selling and selling well for a console that is 13 years old.
Casuals always wait till the price hits that sweet spot. When the 360 and PS3 hit that $99 and $150 price point, sales will rapidly increase from the casual market.
