Corrupt administrators on top of a rushed, half-finished game? If this game is still around in a year, I'll be surprised.
How do we know that these aren't just two sections of the same game, specifically MGS5? Same engine, similar progress on visuals, etc.
I did after I finished the story (why they did it in Waypoint I will never understand), and it definitely does. Unfortunately, unless you are willing to get out of the game for a little bit to go see the video when you unlock it, you are stuck with an antagonist who is barely there.
I was rather disappointed in Halo 4 single player. As someone who hasn't read the novels, I really have very little idea who the Didact is other than a Forerunner. And being the game basically didn't give him any characterization, I never cared who he was. When it came down to it, the only part of the story that meant much to me was Cortana's story, especially the end.
As far as the gameplay, I was expecting a little more. But when I saw the new enemies and new we...
Well, judging from how in bed Activision is with Microsoft, I'm leaning that direction. MS knows a big part of their success was releasing first, I imagine they'd want to do it again. And Sony as a whole is hurting, if they are actually making money on the PS3 systems now, I doubt they'd want to jeopardize that with a new console.
But when it comes down to it, who knows?
Yay for IGN and their previews of their previews.
Because they are showing their work as they do it. Why are you whining about this?
@Snookies
I like the idea of being able to delete trophies. Not that there's anything I want to hide from everyone, but to tidy up. There are several where I just didn't like the game, but I had earned a trophy or two before quitting. I'd like the option to delete that just to clean up my list.
I go back through on easy in certain situations. Mainly after I've beaten the game, and I just want to see the story again. For instance, a few weeks ago I went through the Uncharted series back-to-back because I just wanted to see it unfold again. Wasn't looking for the challenge or any satisfaction of beating it.
:EDIT: I should also note that trophies/achievements don't really interest me, so I don't repeatedly play just to collect things or do things a ...
No, Madden has it right. You get the Raiders, suck for a few seasons and rack up the good picks... THEN you can win.
In their defense, this is all based off of preseason expectations and statistics. Practically nobody expected Atlanta to be undefeated, while New Orleans and Green Bay struggled this much.
You know, I think I might actually would. It won't be traditional American cheeseburger, but I bet he'd have some interesting flavors in it. Panko in the with meat, teriyaki sauce, korokke pattie on it.
I know this is irrelevant to your point, but I haven't had breakfast yet.
I'm still playing on my launch PS3. Other than having to replace a power supply, she's still going strong.
Having said that, this version may be everything I'm wanting. I haven't had a chance to play the demo.
Madden is too much of a cash cow for this to happen, but I'd like to see it take a break and retool the basic physics and interactions between players, instead of just adding some features and more animations. More and more its gotten where roster updates and something like additional passing tweaks are not doing it for me.
Also, special teams are a real and vital part of the game on both sides of the ball. At least pay a little attention to it instead of having the exa...
Well, the physics were awesome, and would love to see some of it make its way over to other games. Backbreaker's camera angle, however, made it damn near impossible to play in some situations.
Because no developer ever told a little fib about their development of a game. :rolls eyes:
I enjoyed Cyberball, but I'd much prefer to see Mutant League Football or even Jerry Glanville's Pigskin Footbrawl, even if it just vaguely resembled the actual sport.
For it to miss another year would not be pretty. To me, the NBA games have the most room for improvement out of the major sports franchises, and 2K12 showed that there won't be any without some competition.
I still blame rap music. I shot a guy yesterday because Lil Wayne told me to.
