Why are you trying to compare Ryse with HD screenshots to Killzone with a blurry YouTube video.
Compare it to something like these:

Looks like they were more showing it off than anything. However, I do firmly believe they intended to pack it in originally, with the controller having the LED and Playroom being pre-installed. Fine by me that it's not though, as I'd just as soon not pay for something I will likely never use.
Watch Dogs for me, just so I can walk around and get people's personal info. My inner Creeper is most pleased.
Should? Don't you mean when?
I don't see anyone releasing a console in December. The biggest shopping day of the year is in November, there's no way they wouldn't want it to be officially available at that point, even if there were none in stock.
I did just mean that this video looks better than the ones that had been releasing around E3. Really need some footage directly pulled that we can download and watch.
Edited for clarity of thought.
Definitely looking better than the E3 demo. Still hard to tell a lot detail through the YouTube blurrifier.
Not to mention how many extras were bought because of modding/pirating. I had a 2nd iteration that ended up getting banned because of fans. I then turned around and bought a slim a little later.
Like all the people claiming that it was going to create a Steam-like environment on consoles. Sorry, but no it wasn't. Every console already has digital titles for sell, and you don't see those going down to super-low prices. Having every title locked down won't change that.
To me, this was entirely about piracy and those lost sales, real or theoretical. Nothing more.
But Joel had a partner in Tess without there being a big romance there. While I did infer that he was gay when he said that, I can see how it didn't click for others.
I'd love something closer to what Shattered Skies and Unsung War were. Damn, I miss classic Ace Combat.
I'll get excited about it being different when I actually see that it is different. I still have a bad taste in my mouth from what happened to Overstrike.
While I may try out Dark if it seems to be well-received, July and August are usually the months I get caught up from the last few months. Then come September the vicious cycle starts anew with GTA V.
I agree, great game. Some of the stuff the community has made is fantastic.
This looks much more interesting than things like Forza and Titanfall. While I'll enjoy those games, I love something a little offbeat like this.
I'm sure Activision is shaking in their boots. "Oh, you made a futuristic COD with mechs and jetpacks? That's nice, we'll still sell 10 times what you will."
I used to play that demo repeatedly just to see how many Jesus players I could have out on the court.
But I'm willing to give the new one a shot. But it'd have to be very good to best 2K14 (or even 13 for that matter).
I'm sure it is, I doubt they called the numbers to make sure of what they really were, if anything.
Also, you know they have made a truly terrific game when people are going out of their way to make a big deal out of things like this.
An ideal setup would be both GDDR5 and DDR3, however, the AMD APU only has one memory controller from what I understand.
I also don't think the comparison to gaming PCs is entirely accurate, because no matter what a PC is used for, it still has to be able to run Windows, and other non-gaming programs. Consoles don't have to (yes, there is an OS, but barely) and apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc are hardly taxing.
While CPU may be a little happier using DDR...
I got New Leaf for my wife. I've barely talked to her since and I've had much more free time to game myself. Best decision I've made in a while.
