Kojima's opinion matters, as the creator of the IP, producer and writer for so many years, and just as an esteemed game designer in general. If Ken Levine had an opinion about Metal Gear Survive, it would matter, and he had nothing to do with it.

It makes perfect sense to me, actually. Its the perfect allegory. The Metal Gear IP is a shambling corpse that Konami will squeeze for every dollar they can get out of it without committing significant resources or time.

I think it's more to the point that, as a creator, are you ever truly satisfied with your work? For certain mindsets, you will always be looking at your own work critically, making small, incremental, infinitesimal adjustments, far beyond what would be necessary for an audience to consider it as complete. Given an infinite budget and timeline, that last stage of polishing would last forever. You just can't look at it objectively and be satisfied after you've been basically living ...

Why not talk about Gravity Rush 2 out in December? Why not talk about Yakuza 0, Nioh, or Persona 5, all of which are due out in January and February of next year? Far more relevant titles instead of Death Stranding, which has only just started production and is years away.

Right. Preventing streaming from occurring isn't a "problem" with the game so much as it is a "choice made by the developer".

@Unspoken: Not for nothing, but multiplatform games consistently perform better on the PS4.
There's great exclusives on both consoles. Its all down to personal choice and your budget. Though you should get a PS4 Slim instead of a PS4 Pro if you go that way.
