Tearaway is proof that MM has more creativity in it's studio than any I've ever seen. It continuously amazes me that such unconventional gaming projects are given the finances and freedom to bring them to completion.
Seeing this comment right next to the one below it, each delivered with absolute certainty... All I can say is you gotta love the internet. No, seriously!
@Milruka: I'm assuming you mean polished rather than policed. And if you believe that game wasn't polished, then no game is. The game rendered natively in 720p with post-processing AA.
@Why o why: Completely agree. Games should always try to innovate, to avoid stagnation, but innovation on its own doesn't necessarily mean a better game. Just like mutations usually result in offspring that dies, rather than a stronger generation. Think about games like Dark Void w...
Sorry pal. PS+ has been giving away quality games for years on the PS3, Vita, and now also the PS4. Its pretty awesome. Especially in addition to a strong launch lineup with exclusives and third party games.
Nay say all you want, but *that* is the truth.
Yeah, those are going to look great on PC.
Bless us all, every one?
I'd rather that Marvel had it back. Of course, it was still *way* better than those crappy X-Men or Fantastic Four movies that Fox made.
You can complete Metal Gear Solid 4 in under 5 hours if you skip all of the cutscenes, and that's a full price/full sized game. That also cuts out a *lot* of gameplay and story.
@vallencer: But that's *why* the PS4 has sold more; it has more power, and better graphics.
I guess Square, Circle, Triangle and X were taken.
@MultiConsoleGamer: I think what you mean to say is that power alone isn't necessarily indicative of automatic success.
The SMS was more powerful than the NES, but Nintendo flooded the market with games, many were first party and quite good.
The SNES was more powerful than the Genesis, and won.
The Saturn was less powerful than the PS1, and lost. The N64 was more powerful than the PS1, but more expensive and a year late, lacking the fea...
Also, you're forgetting the most brilliant/insidious variation of all: the Platinum trophy. With achievements, all you have is your x out of y number and a points total, whereas with the Playstation, you have trophies of different types/rarities and get an extra trophy for getting 100% in the game.
I can view my trophies while offline. Not sure what you're complaining about.
Its usually a pretty strong indication of it's deficiency.
I thought this was supposed to be multiplayer only.

@fanboybeatdown: If that were the case, don't you think that Knack would have been rated higher? Sony doesn't buy ratings. They don't have to.
What's weird is that I didn't see anything in that article about messaging causing your console to be corrupted.
@Belking:
Bullshit. Sony doesn't pay for exclusives, and they don't bribe people. Neither of which can be said for Microsoft.
Sure, NOW they come out against online "hatred", as though there was an absence of malice among the Xbox 360 / PS3 users when they regarded themselves as the industry leaders.
Its awfully convenient that they decide to take notice when the winds shift against them.
Except that PS4 is outselling the Xbox One even in the 13 countries that it has released in. The numbers from America in December are more interesting because it suggests that the Xbox One sells better when there's no other choice for gift givers at Christmas.
It's called the Internet. Manage your exposure wisely.
