To be fair he did say the MP controls were very good, he thought the SP controls lacked somethings. I must say though I find it very odd that the controls would be different for MP and SP.
Exactly, dont be sheep people, the wolves will get you otherwise.
Edit: I hasten to add if I had listened to the pro game reviewers then I would not have played half the amount of JRPG's as I have done this past 3 years, all of which I personally have thoroughly enjoyed.
It's in your head for a reason. Use it.
So just 3 points under maximum they gave it, well indeed they must be so biased and know nothing about games because of this.
/Sarcastic tone off.
Ok it appears I have a disagree stalker. Lol
I have both and think they are both just as capable of playing games as each other.
Hey someone disagreed because I found a comment funny? lmfao.
@:22 I own both and numbers sold really have naff all to do with quality, there have been loads of quality titles released across all systems that just have not sold. One example being Psychnauts a seriously overlooked game.
@22.1 exactly
lol
Boring all the fanboy baiting headlines now. I was not overly interested in this but was going to try the demo to see how the SP side was as I dont online at the moment. From a couple of previews I have read about the SP side, it's looking more like an essential purchase for me as time goes on.
I have a 360 but do not like the Halo series just a preference on my part. Nothing wrong with Halo and it's done it's job of keeping millions entertained and made MSoft/Bungie shedloads ...
I done the update last night seemed fine when playing last night turned on PS3 today system had reset settings. Hopefully that will be the only issue I have with the update. I hate firmware updates always have done fom doing PC ones, such a twitchy process in my book ah well nothing can be done about them now.
Thanks for reply but I'm so far south, anymore and I'd be in the sea :D will check out local library for titles.
I speak for myself when I say you are right it might not need improving from a technical viewpoint, rather more like say Eternal Sonata that needed no improvng technically but came with extras for the PS3.
Last Remanant could do with some technical improvements on both 360 (if it can be patched out)and PS3 (when they release it)even though I am liking the game very much I can be realistic about flaws within the games I play.
Looking ok, would like to know a lot more about this title.
@Patterson I agree some more traditional/retro JRPG's would be nice.
Hopefully a definate day 1 purchase for me, if they decide to release a PS3 version thats improved (although I doubt they will as they "usually" announce multi plat up front but I wont say never), I will look into that version too.
@4.1
Anywhere near the south east coast?
As gamers we would like all 3 to enter the next race hell it'd be even better if someone had the funds to be number 4. I do not want a one console future I like choice and I like variety. Thats why I will not stay loyal to one console/brand.
I concur.
Good article and some good points raised in it unlike this comments section which looks like it has been invaded by some zealots spouting dribble.
Hello fellow CVG'er.
WKC I am hoping will be good as I am looking forward to a decent JRPG on the PS3.
I'm looking forward to this title no matter what press/other folks say I love my JRPG's. This is looking pretty good in the visuals, typical for this sort of game.
