Moses is actually right, I have no idea what your problem is. The RSX, on it's own, is not an extremely powerful piece of hardware compared to high-end GPUs available today.

No, the RSX and Xenon GPUs both exceed and fall short in different areas to one another, but in terms of raw number-crunching, they're pretty much equal.
The RSX does have the advantage of utilizing the Cell's SPUs, but I'm not sure any developer has fully utilised this as of yet.

My only experience with Sony's customer experience was actually very pleasant, and a nice, attractive-sounding lady helped me resolve my issue (HDD problem) fairly quickly, within about 20 minutes.
I know that's only one experience, but I doubt I'm the only one they were nice to.
