My dreamcast finally died last august, i still have pangs of sadness for its demise, such a bloody fun console and the only old console i ever kept around to play games on.
I really wanted this game for the ps4 however i was put off by the articles and comments on N4G, i asked my local game store if i could have a go on BF4 and i was told that they werent allowed to put BF4 in the demo ps4 for customers to play. (they gladly let us test any other game) (100% true, game store cheltenham, uk, some time around the 3rd of jan)

I dont know if you clicked the link but i think you will find its just a pic of the game tile on the PS4 dashboard and a splash screen...... Nothing smooth about pictures of pictures.

Smells like troll to me. If you don't like the game that much stop checking out updates, if you hate Sony that much, stop clicking the ps4 tab on n4g. Im not that fussed about ps now to be honest, ive still got a couple of old consoles in the garage, i never bother bringing them out to play my old games so i dont see myself paying anything to play them on my ps4.
Now looks great, if sony work it as well as they worked PS+ then its bound to be a success if youre the type of gamer who enjoys older titles (theres plenty out there) but its just not for me.
Same is true for every generation of of consoles. Just compare games that come out at the beginning of a generation to those that come out at the end of the consoles life. The first examples that come to mind are halo 3 and halo 4, Uncharted 1 and uncharted 3. Games get richer as the lifespan of the console matures
It will never take 8-10 times longer to develop games for this gen of consoles.
Lets say a game used to take 2 years to make from scratch on last gen (i made that figure up, its just an example) If on this gen it takes between 8 to 10 times longer were saying that a game will take roughly 16 - 20 years to make for this gen. What a load of rubbish.
