He wants a replacement because he paid good money for something that turned out to be broken, Ms also made that rush out a replacement for Christmas promise. As a consumer you have what are called statutory rights. I'm willing to bet that if you bought something broken, (especially around Christmas when your children are involved) you would want it replaced too

I disagree, providing the facts are true as stated in the article its not his fault the pad was broken. Therefore why should he have to pay an extra £10 shipping costs in order to get the product he purchased in the condition it was advertised at? Its not his fault, he shouldnt have had to pay the shipping costs. MS should reimburse him for the extra expenses he incurred getting a manufacturing problem sorted out. Thats only fair

I feel quite bad for this guy, We all know the excitement of unboxing a new awesome gadget. But not many of us can say we've experienced that type of disappointment. I hope it all gets sorted for him and he can go back to enjoying his games

Whats wrong with the controller? I had a 360 for most of last gen and ive got no quibbles with the DS4 (apart from battery life when i forget to charge it) but thats my fault for being forgetful

Id just like to say that im a PS fan and i never give Xbox gamers grief for liking the xbox brand. I maintain that sony needs ms just as much as ms needs sony in order to prevent the scene from getting stale for us, the gamers. Dont bundle everyone into the childish bag. Some of us just love games, nothing more nothing less.

Id rather Sony didnt push its devs. Imagine how buggy games would be if they were pushed by console makers to hit release dates, as much as it pains me to say this, i would rather wait for it to be ready for release
